Admissions Criteria WHAT WE DO 1. Direct admissions for NAS patients from delivering hospitals 2. Compression of Feeds 3. Lab work (istat/glucometer) 4. Radiology: Plain Films and Ultrasounds 5. Eye Exams and Hearing Screens 6. Circumcisions 7. Infants in Isolettes (No Minimum Weight) 8. Ventilator Weaning 9. TPN 10. Blood Transfusions 11. Continued Care for complex patients when caregivers are unavailable 12. Pulse Oximetry and Oxygen Weaning 13. Apnea Monitors 14. Translation and ASL Services 15. Donor Human Milk & Prolacta

WHAT WE DO WITH PLANNING 16. Meal Trays for Pumping Moms 17. Palliative Care 18. Specialized Teaching Needs 19. Insulin Pump 20. Chest Vest 21. Quantitative EtCO2

WHAT WE DON’T DO 1. Frequent Adjustments in IV Pain Control. 2. Vasoactive Infusions (Dopamine, etc) 3. Unstable patients, unstable airways and patients that can only be sustained in hospital grade equipment. 4. MRI/CT Scan or Advanced Diagnostics 5. Cardiac Monitoring other than Pulse Ox 6. High Flow NC, Blended O2 or RAM Cannula
