Ingredients Method

(Makes 2 x 30cm Pizzas)
400g strong white bread flour
7g Fast Action Dried Yeast
1tsp Salt
½ tsp caster sugar
Pizza toppings of your choice
Preheat your oven to 240C/220C
Mix the flour, yeast and sugar in a large bowl
Make a well in the middle and add 200ml of water and the salt
Knead for 5 minutes until your dough comes together
Once ready, place the dough in a bowl, cover with a tea towel and let rise for 5 minutes
Divide the dough in two balls and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough on a floured surface
Stretch the dough until it’s a circle about 30cm wide then place on a baking sheet
Add your favourite toppings
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the base is crisp
