The design cultivates a connection between people and nature, fostering spaces that encourage growth, learning, and well-being. The project also integrates opportunities for education, welfare, and business, ensuring the diverse needs of residents are thoughtfully addressed.
BEYOND THE ARTS
Beyond The Arts reimagines the traditional movie-going experience by offering intimate, personalized theater viewing that breaks away from conventional norms.
The design prioritizes inclusivity, addressing the needs of groups often overlooked in typical theater layouts. It curates unique experiences for parents with toddlers, pet owners, and introverted individuals, providing spaces for private and comfortable viewing.

Water’s Wedge demonstrates the balance of opposites through spiritual design, creating a sense of ascension as users gather for spiritual reflection and connection over the Savannah River.
The project pays homage to the rich history of Savannah’s shipping ports by integrating forms and materials reminiscent of the panel systems found on shipping containers. This combination of industrial elements with spiritual intent highlights the interplay between a grounded history and an elevated experience.

Le Poulailler takes on the approach of placemaking in the design of habitats for farm chickens, exploring how a humancentered design principle can positively influence animal behavior.
The design of the coop incorporates spaces of engagement, activities, isolation and comfort to ensure the wellbeing of the chickens and enhance egg production.
The project is designed for Plantation Park Heights Urban Farm, an initiative committed to providing cleaner, greener food to underserved communities in Baltimore.

D’Vine Eatery explores contemporary food systems, examining the social, economic, and cultural implications on urban communities.
The design celebrates the essence of food culture “community and pleasure” by integrating various meal-sharing experiences. Users engage with every stage of the culinary process, from production to consumption, fostering a connection to the food they enjoy and the people they share it with.
