In our continuous effort to foment a love of reading and support our young students in their literacy journey, ChiCeLaCu! is pleased to present these publications. This effort builds upon decades of direct classroom experience and is motivated by a sincere desire to provide our students with materials that will support early literacy and inspire an appreciation for classic Latin American literature.

GRAFOMOTRICIDAD 1 (TRAZOS DE LÍNEAS RECTAS) EARLY LITERACY
Grafomotricidad 1 is the first of a 3-part series designed to support handwriting readiness in preschoolers. This volume presents various exercises to help children trace and form proper strokes (horizontal, vertical, and diagonal) in sequential order and with progressive difficulty. The second volume focuses on curved lines, and the third on shapes, geometric figures, numbers, and letters. Also included are charming illustrations where students can color, trace, and learn the Spanish names of different animals. By drawing, coloring, and engaging in various pre-writing activities, preschoolers develop dexterity in their hands and fingers, thus taking their first steps into the beautiful world of handwriting.

Silabario Fonético Vol. 2 is a continuation of Silabario Fonético Vol. 1 and covers the letters r, rr, v, b, c, k, q, z, f, j, g, h, ch, x, y. In Vol. 2, students work on the more complex and differentiated pronunciations and sounds of the consonants c, q, r, and x. Ideal for children in kinder garten and 1st grade, this volume integrates cursive letters so that from the beginning, students learn to read and write both in print and cursive. Also available is the accom panying exercise book. Volume 2 is available in a larger format for children ages 5–7, making it more visually appealing and easier to manipulate.
