D. Joel Frazer, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who received his doctorate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. David Hoover, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and the executive director of Chicago Clinical Associates. Dr Hoover completed his graduate psychology training at Wheaton College, during which time he worked at local community clinics, university counseling centers, hospitals, and outpatient group practices delivering individual, couples, and group psychotherapy services to diverse populations.

She has since incorporated dialectical-behavioral and eye-movement desensitization (EMDR) treatment modalities into her therapeutic work and has gone on to earn her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Adler University

Morgan Waggoner is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Art Therapist She completed a dual M A degree program in Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy at the Adler School of Professional Psychology in 2013. Prior to joining Chicago Clinical Associates, Morgan worked in outpatient and inpatient treatment settings, community mental health, and as an on-call crisis clinician in Chicago.

All of our clinicians are in-network behavioral healthcare providers for BCBSIL PPO, Blue Choice PPO, and Professional Benefit Administrator insurance plans Some are also paneled with Aetna PPO, UnitedHealthcare PPO, and Medicare. We are considered outof-network providers for all other insurance plans, and can help you navigate your plan’s billing processes We offer competitive fees, and for those without health insurance, we’re happy to negotiate a fair rate for our services.
