A G+3 luxury residence on a 33’ x 37’ plot in Chennai, designed with a neoclassical façade featuring vertical elements, pilasters, and ambient lighting for a grand visual appeal. The compact footprint is efficiently utilized to create spacious interiors with Italian marble flooring, minimal finishes, and contemporary ceiling designs. Each level includes well-planned living spaces, bedrooms, a modular kitchen, and a rooftop lounge—delivering modern luxury in an elegant urban form.
