Hello
I am Cheryl Meyer, otherwise known as Cherylmhealthmuse.

You don't love yourself.....

If you don't adopt healthy habits.....

If you don't eat the organic rainbow.....

"Your wor sin is that you have deroyed and betrayed yourself for nothing."

If you don't breathe to release your stress....

If you aren't moving your body.....

If you're not getting a great night's sleep.....

If you aren't avoiding and eliminating all the toxins in your life.....

Then, this becomes a true statement. You are destroying and betraying yourself for nothing…..

Think about that and adopt everything I listed above. You deserve more from yourself.

To fulfill all your hopes and dreams, begin with self-love.

It is not selfish to care for you. It is not egocentric to exhibit love for yourself.
In fact, it is self-full.

You don't love yourself.....

"The greate tragedy in life is not death, but what dies inside us while we live." –

Then you don't show others how to love you.... You settle for someone who isn't right for you.... You don't get out of your way to find success and accomplish great things.... You hide your authentic self….. You don't create the abundance in all areas of your life that you crave and deserve....

This is a powerful wake-up call It speaks to the choices we make, the direction we take, and the consequences of staying on a path that doesn't honor your highest potential. The key question it raises is How do you love yourself enough to discover the greatness that is within you?

Norman Cousins Self-love nurtures, empowers, and expands your life and capabilities, enabling you to step into a future where all your hopes and dreams come true.

Radical Self-Care is taking care of your mind, body, and soul

every day.

Radical Self-Care

Radical Self-care is truly an act of deeply caring for yourself so that you have the energy to withstand all that life throws your way.

Just like a tree that cares for itself by getting water, nutrients, dropping branches, or dropping its leaves when it needs to, that tree is strong, so it can withstand all of the elements and the windstorms that come out of nowhere and still not fall over.

Radical self-care prepares us for resilience and joy.

Radical Self-Care

cultivates selfworth in all aspects of your life.

What is Self-Security?

Self-security, in the context of personal well-being, refers to a state of confidence and assurance in oneself, one's abilities, and one's place in the world. It's about accepting one's strengths and weaknesses, trusting one's judgment, and feeling comfortable in one's own skin. It's the foundation for healthy relationships, personal growth, and overall happiness.

Why Self-Security is Important.

1. Foundation of Emotional Health

Without self-security, you're more likely to seek constant reassurance, people-please, or live in anxiety and fear. With it, you become emotionally self-reliant and balanced, able to regulate your nervous system. Even in tough times, you function without fear.

2. Resilience in Relationships

Self-security allows you to set healthy boundaries, communicate openly, and not lose yourself in love or conflict. You don't depend on others to feel worthy you share love rather than seek it to feel whole.

3. Freedom from External Validation

You no longer chase approval or twist yourself to fit in. You know your value, with or without applause. This leads to greater authenticity and integrity in how you live and lead.

4. Courage to Take Aligned Action

When you feel secure in yourself, you're more likely to take bold steps speak up, leave toxic situations, or pursue your purpose.

Fear of failure or judgment loses its grip.

5. Grounded Manifestation Power

Manifestation requires trust. If you don't trust yourself or the universe, you block your desires. Self-security creates fertile ground for abundance because you feel safe to receive and worthy to have.

Self-care is practicing radical self-love…

What is radical self-love?

Radical self-love isn't about being good enough for others; it's about being unapologetically enough for yourself.

And it's about telling yourself daily how much you love yourself. And it's about asking what it needs. It's about listening to your inner voice.

Live in the upward spiral.

How to keep your vibration high.

• Focus on goals that inspire you and feed your passion.

• Radiate love, kindness, gratitude, appreciation, compassion, and hope to everyone you encounter.

• Indulge in healthy habits.

• Eat the rainbow and feed the colors of your chakras

• Forget about the past. It's over.

• Live in the now.

• Maintain a sense of humor.

• Live in your joy.

• Avoid negative people. Send them light when you come across them. Keep your boundaries.

• Be authentically you and love who you are.

Which house have you built? Let' s talk about the 3 lile pigs.

What did they build their houses out of? One is straw. One is wood, and one is bricks. And the wolf can't blow down the solid one built out of bricks, but blows the other two down. They couldn't support the situation. They were sloppily put together without planning or foresight.

When we practice self-care, it is to protect our energy. Then we are rock solid. We are not building our energy and our lives out of straw or sticks. We are building our lives out of cement and bricks like the smartest of the little pigs. And when we do it right, it protects us from any pending storm.

The straw house is an example of how self-care can be when you're engaging in very surface-level self-care, such as eating a lot of chocolate or drinking a bottle of wine on a Thursday night because it was a hard day, and you're consuming lots of ultra-processed foods and snacks. That is building a house out of straw.

The stick house is doing the occasional nice thing for yourself, eating occasional veggies and fruit, occasionally moving your body, and getting an occasional massage.

To build the brick house, you're taking a profound look at your life and nurturing your body; you're nourishing it with healthy food. You regularly foster other healthy habits. You are also being a wonderful steward of your financial life.

When you set boundaries with people in your life, protecting your energy and keeping out that which puts weeds in your garden, you're advocating for yourself. This is building self-care out of bricks.

Society has taken hold of the term "self-care" and changed the essence of what self-care means to us because, of course, it's easier to kick back and enjoy and relax. I guess that's not just easier, but it is more appealing than sitting down and learning to manage your finances or investing your money;; cooking healthy food to control what you put into your body and eating nourishing whole organic foods; or going for a walk or doing some yoga at the end of a day or attending a dance class.

Kicking back and indulging is more appealing than doing the hard work of self-care.

A little self-indulgence is not a bad thing, particularly when you want to celebrate simply being alive and making it through. But you need to be more committed than that.

If you love yourself, you do things that are good for you. And doing them out of self-love, they are no longer a bother. You build a solid foundation for your life. You do the things that allow you to lead your best life.
Say that again

Radical Self-Care

It is through genuine, authentic, and profound acts of self-care that we prepare ourselves for all aspects of life, both good and bad.

Life is often unexpected, the things that we do not see coming. It is through selfcare that we are prepared.

Self-care involves committing to healthy habits in all aspects of life and enjoying doing them.

When we take the time to care for ourselves on the deep level that is required to maintain our energy, that is when we don't find the world so effing exhausting.

However, it's also crucial to lean into the true essence of self -care and be a strong advocate for celebrating our victories, big and small, and to build those strong foundations into our lives.

Let's consciously create lives that feel like magic and come home to our passion, power, and presence.

Radical Self-Care

Self-care truly is an act of self-preservation. It is not self-indulgence. And when we are genuinely caring for ourselves, we are tending to ourselves. We're tending to the foundations of our lives. That is when we've got the energetic capacity to navigate through this exhausting world and emerge on the other side, still smiling, still laughing, finding joy, and not crumbling at every turn because we've taken the time to care for ourselves and build strong foundations of self-care in our lives.

Radical Self-care is the practice of taking deliberate actions to maintain and improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It's about recognizing your own needs and prioritizing activities that nurture your overall health. Here are some key aspects of radical self-care:

Radical Self-Care

There are four pillars of radical self-care, and it's important to bring some of that self-care into your life consistently.

These are the four types of self-care: psychological/mental, emotional, practical/physical, and spiritual.

1. Mental- Mental self-care is cultivating a healthy mindset through mindfulness and curiosity.

2. Emotional- Emotional self-care involves taking care of your heart with healthy coping strategies.

3. Physical- Physical self-care involves taking care of your body through exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep.

4. Spiritual- Spiritual self-care involves activities or practices that give a sense of meaning to your life.

Radical Self-Care

Mental self-care- activities include personal and professional development. Focus on things that are within your control (your sphere of influence). Take time for personal reflection. Notice your inner experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Cultivate selfawareness through things such as journaling, getting feedback from others, meditation, coaching/counseling, and consultation or supervision –places where you have the opportunity to gain experience, learn, and reflect. Includes Social Selfcare.

Social Self-Care:

1. Healthy Relationships: Nurturing connections with people who support and uplift you. People who are your tribe.

2. Community Involvement: Engaging in activities or groups where you feel a sense of belonging.

Boundaries are not barriers. They provide clarity. They let others know what we are available for and what we are not.

Learning to say no - calmly, clearly, and without guilt - is not just a personal skill. It's a leadership skill. Because people who set boundaries effectively tend to lead better, they conserve energy, model self-respect, and create space for honest and sustainable collaboration. And no, it does not need to be dramatic. No is a complete sentence. If you need a reminder to protect some weekend time for yourself, this is it.

Are you laying a solid foundation in your relationships? Have you created space for yourself within them? That means you're not over-giving or over-receiving in your relationships. Are your relationships harmonious and balanced, with a giveand-take in all of them? Do they make you feel supported, and do you feel cared for? This is where boundaries come in. If you are giving at your own expense, stop. Giving should bring you pleasure.

No! Is a complete sentence.

Radical Self-Care

Practical/Physicalselfcare involves maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle that includes eating healthily, drinking plenty of clean, filtered water, engaging in regular exercise (which can be as simple as walking regularly), practicing stress management, and getting adequate sleep. It includes living as toxin-free a life as possible. Additionally, consider decluttering your home and office to create a sense of spaciousness and manageability. Take time away from computers, TV, and your smartphone (sedentary lifestyles are a health issue). Enjoy moments to rest and replenish.

Radical Self-Care

involves adopting a the healthy habits one at a time until they become consiently part of your daily routine.

1. Nutrition: Eating a balanced, low-toxin, rainbow diet (Read It's Not Complicated, How to Eat)*

https://bit.ly/itisnotcomplicated

2. Hydration: Drink enough contaminant-free water. (You should be drinking 8 glasses a day. The way to judge if it is adequate: your pee color should be light.) Check your water department for contaminants. Filter your drinking and cooking water with a Brita on the counter or an under-the-sink system. I recommend Aquasana. (We eventually put an entire house system in.)

3. Sleep: Ensuring you get enough restorative sleep each night. ( Recommendation is 7+ hours)

4. Stress management: Make time throughout the day to release the toxic top layer of stress through breathing exercises or other stress-relieving efforts. (Refer to my desktop stress guide.

https://bit.ly/StressFreeEBook)

5. Exercise: Engaging in regular physical activity that you enjoy. Move.

6. Healthcare: Keeping up with regular check-ups, taking medications as prescribed, and seeking medical help when necessary.

7. Own your health: Research to ensure your wellness care is right for you, and take ownership of it.

Refer to my Feels Good to Feel Good digital magazine online for details.

Radical Self-Care

Mental and Emotional Self-Care:

Emotionalself-care includes setting clear boundaries on your time and energy. Engage your emotional boundaries within healthy relationships by surrounding yourself with positive people and affirmative, inspiring messages. Please address any issues or problems promptly to prevent them from escalating. Give and receive love, kindness, and support. Spend time with people you care about and who care about you in return.

1. Mindfulness and Relaxation: Practices like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga can help manage stress.

2. Stress management- breathing, bouncing, belly button wand (Refer to my desktop stress guidebook https://bit.ly/StressFreeEBook)

3. Hobbies and Interests: Spending time on activities that you love and that bring you joy.

4. Setting Boundaries: Learning to say no and managing your commitments to avoid burnout.

5. Emotional Expression: Journaling, talking with trusted friends, or seeking therapy can help process your feelings.

Eating foods that replenish our ces and feed our operating syem good building supplies is non-negotiable radical self-care.

How are you with your Practical self-care? That's your money; it's your time, and it's your time management and money management. Do you have foundations in place so that you are not spending your precious energy feeling exhausted by opening bills? Do you know how to look at money, how to look at finance? How do you plan for your future?

If not, commit to getting your finances in order with a plan for your future.

The difference between Aloneness and Loneliness

Physically, they are the same. We are alone. Emotionally, there is a world of difference. I love a quote from Paul Tillich: "Loneliness expresses the pain of being alone, and solitude expresses the joy of being alone." We can be surrounded by people and still be lonely. It really comes down to perception and choice.

is the space to dream and to plan.

Embrace solitude and the magic it brings.

Loneliness is a legacy of childhood trauma. Mother Theresa once said that "Loneliness, and the feeling of being unwanted, is the most terrible poverty." Solitude requires a relationship with ourselves. It does not mean that we don't engage with others and enjoy friendship and a variety of social activities; it just means that we have a place in our life where there

Foer alone time

Your time alone is the perfect opportunity to nourish your soul with self-love, gratitude, kindness, knowledge, and passion. It's also great just to let the breeze flow through your brain, which stimulates creativity. Choose purposeful solitude over time that depletes your peace and energy. Silence becomes sacred and will nourish you.

THE TOP 11 BENEFITS OF SPENDING TIME ALONE

1. It clears your mind.

2. Improves your creativity.

3. It allows you to explore possibilities for your life. It's creative time.

4. Resets your priorities.

5. Improves your relationships.

6. Allows you to slow down.

7. You become more focused.

8. You reconnect with yourself.

9. You gain self-confidence.

10. You become more independent.

11. It nurtures you to be capable of true love. InspirationCabin.comI

Relish your alone time.

Let the silence teach you. Give it time to take hold. Let stillness become your sanctuary. Purposeful solitude is not isolation it's energetic protection. It's choosing not to pour your heart into cracked vessels. It's walking away from conversations that drain, spaces that numb, and people who don't know how to listen without judgment or agenda.

In a world that's desperate, noisy, and disconnected, your clarity is your compass. Allow it to develop. Listen to it. Let it lead. Let it preserve what is sacred and unique within you. Coach Mantis (Facebook) https://www.facebook.com/ptmantasv

Cherish your alone time.

Alone time protects your energy. You no longer confuse being invited with being aligned. You don't entertain connections just because they're available. Because you've grown to understand peace is priceless, and your energy is not up for casual consumption. You spend alone time to nurture your self-love.

Purposeful time grounds that love into a state of being. It alchemizes being lonely into cherishing your alone time and gives you resilience. It allows you only to invite and honor relationships that are aligned with who you have become and who you are. Coach Mantis (Facebook) https://www.facebook.com/ptmantasv

This is why fostering alone time is so crucial.

The only people capable of love are

those who can enjoy alone time. They create their own happiness and can then share it with another.

What plans do you have to spend quality time in nature? It may only be a few moments, but it will soothe your body, emotions, and mind, providing muchneeded self-care.

This is vitamin N and is as important for your mindset as it is for your soul. (Vitamin N is "Nature".)

Find someplace where you can soak in the miracle of nature and all its many gifts.

Self-Care

Spiritual self-care- might include prayer or meditation. You may want to visualize, practice gratitude, spend time in nature, and be aware of the non-material aspects of your life. Identify what is meaningful to you in your work and life. Practice mindfulness and being present in the moment. I am practicing heart math, which is an amazing way to rejuvenate and focus on love, gratitude, and the things in life that truly matter.

Spiritual Self-Care:

Reflection: Activities such as meditation, prayer, or spending time in nature can provide a sense of peace and purpose.

Remember, self-care is highly individual what works for one person might not work for another. It's essential to experiment with various practices and discover the routines that best support your wellbeing. Prioritizing self-care can lead to improved mood, better stress management, and overall enhanced quality of life. I use Heart Math and love it.

Practice Heart Math

Practice Heart Math

Heart Math is a method of shifting from your neurons in your brain (which is ego and wants to maintain the status quo) into your neurons in your heart (which is where all the higher vibrations reside- self-love, love, compassion, kindness, joy)

It quiets that busy mind that constantly talks trash to you, and focuses on the emotions that bring you peace and joy.

It's a place that allows you to be in the NOW. It's a life changer.

Find Spiritual Self -care that resonates with you.

Heart math is a beautiful practice. It brings peace. It raises your vibration, setting the stage for you to practice self-love, love, kindness, and compassion, to foster hope in the now, and to be at the vibration that the universe can hear your requests and manifest your dreams. It will improve your day. It will improve your relationships, enhance your health, and overall improve your life. It will reduce your stress. It will quiet the bullshit negative talk that your brain feeds you.

Once you learn how to utilize your heart-brain, you become unstoppable. And nothing truly IS impossible.

WHAT DOES HEART MATH HELP YOU WITH?

Heart Math is improving my HRV, which is remarkably good for my overall well-being.

Ways to Eliminate Limiting Beliefs

1. Identify the Belief

"What story am I telling myself that's holding me back?" and look for patterns like: "I'm not good enough," "I can't trust people," or "I always fail."

2. Trace Its Origin

Where did it come from (society or a painful event.) Recognizing the root helps you see it as a learned belief rather than an absolute truth.

3. Question Its Validity

Is this always true? Whose voice is this really? What evidence do I have to the contrary?

4. Flip the Script

From "I'm not lovable." to "I'm deeply lovable, just as I am."

5. Use PSYCH-K® . EFT. or EMDR

These modalities help rewrite the subconscious quickly by overcoming mental resistance and creating new, empowering beliefs. John and I have become PSYCHK® Facilitators and are impressed by the difference we can make in clients' lives.

I have also learned PSYCH-K® Health and Wellness.

6. Practice Visualization + Emotion

Imagine yourself already living with the new empowering belief. Feel the emotions it brings confidence, freedom, joy. The more vividly and emotionally you rehearse the new story, the more your subconscious begins to accept it as truth.

7. Change Your Self-Talk

Speak to yourself with compassion, like you would to a good friend. Replace negative self-talk with affirming statements.

8. Gather Evidence

Look for examples in your life and the lives of others that demonstrate the opposite of the limiting belief.

9. Take Small Steps

Gradually face your fears by taking small, manageable actions.

10. Cultivate Patience

Be gentle with yourself. Recognize that it takes time to shift deep-seated beliefs and patterns.

11. Seek Support

Find a coach, therapist, or support group to help you. Share openly and allow others to encourage you.

12. Be Persistent

Changing beliefs requires consistent practice. Recommit to the process, even if the process feels slow.

Are you connecting yourself to something? Whether that's nature or God or stories of the universe, Tao, or whatever your spiritual jam is, having that connection to something bigger and outside of you as a support system, as a piece of energy or a piece of story that allows you to hear, receive information in a new way, to consider yourself as part of a larger picture. Remember that you are a small thing in the universe that exists and is right.

Don't miss a single glimmer; take the time to sit with the glow and reap its full benefits.

Glutathione is the most effective antioxidant. We make this when we are young, but need supplementation as we age. Neumi Glutathione is the best delivery system for glutathione that I have found, and it has made a huge difference in my health. What makes this product amazing is that it contains nano particles that are absorbed quickly and go directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the body's defenses and allowing them to remain effective. Just a swish that goes through your check skin. (Stomach acid kills it if you take it as a supplement, and I also got it for a while as a part of a Myers Cocktail, intravenously right into my blood, but the life of the glutathione was still only 4-6 hours.)

Neumi nano technology gets it into my cells and into my liver. Yippee. As a result, I healed my sick liver.

Neumi also makes a face spray, so the glutathione is working directly on my facial skin. My skin is looking younger.

Radical Self-care means taking good care of a aspects of yourself, including your crucial Lymphatic syem.

THIS IS THE VIDEO OF THE MANUAL LYMPH MASSAGE THAT I DO EVERY DAY. I DO IT IN THE BATHTUB AT NIGHT BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO REACH ALL OF THE PARTS OF MY BODY THAT I NEED TO REACH.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3XYnGGZCis4

What we have learned to do for scars is to massage them daily with either vitamin E oil, sesame oil, or coconut oil. I do it every morning and every night. We also purchased red light therapy wands and use them twice a day over the scar. The scars are slowly disappearing. I also perform manual lymphatic massage every night in the bathtub. I have a video to watch on that.

How to DRY BRUSH

The recommendation is to pump manually at night and dry brush in the morning.

Doing what you love is the ultimate self -care.

And last but so importantly……

I received a newsletter from SARK that reminded me that being available to do what you love is the ultimate self-care. It doesn't have to involve long chunks of time, but engaging in activities you love is beneficial for your overall wellness and long-term mental health. It keeps you in higher vibrations and nourishes your soul.

What is it that you dearly love but keep putting off because you don't have time for it?

Make that a priority.

Vibrational h ealing- the ultimate PEMF pad

Vibrational Healing

I will provide a detailed explanation because there are numerous PEMF mats available on the market, and I want to explain why this mat by Swissbionics is superior to the others.

Swissbionic Solutions has been a global leader in PEMF systems for home use for over 25 years, operating in more than 60 countries across five continents. It offers scientifically proven and medically certified products.

Wolfgang Jaksch, the founder and CEO, is recognized for his visionary leadership and commitment to creating high-tech wellness systems.

Products: The company offers 7th-generation PEMF wellness products exclusively designed and developed by Swissbionic Solutions.

Wolfgang, the creator of this mat, said the mat does not care what you suffer from. Its job is to balance out your brain and body, enabling your body to heal itself.

IT takes at least the first 8 minutes to wake up all the cells in our body.

Then the frequency of the mat goes up and down, constantly changing polarities from north to south. The mat does not heal the body; it is based on the biological window of the Earth, which provides the body with the full range of frequencies that the Earth uses to have and deliver to us, adding what we need to thrive.

The body recognizes it immediately and allows the detoxification process to facilitate healing.

The PEMF Pad is a wonderful way to do just that.

The four crucial parameters of

PEMF are:

1. Waveform: The shape of the electromagnetic signal, with the sawtooth waveform being the most effective for wellness-promoting results. Depending upon whether you buy the entire set, there are both sawtooth waveforms and box waveforms available. Sawtooth mimics the Earth's frequencies. The most effective, complex waveform for holistic wellness-promoting results is hereby the sawtooth wave. The signal shape delivered by the mat is a triple-sawtooth waveform. This waveform is a composite of a large number of harmonious, non-sinusoidal waves in the low-frequency range. Box does specific vibrations targeted to wellness in specific areas. The smaller Pad and Spot applicators (Purchased separately) are capable of higher field intensities and are versatile in their external application to the body. The focus of a local PEMF application is to target a specific area. A specific rectangle waveform (square wave) is used to achieve the best and fastest results.

2. Frequency: The rate of change in a wave, with optimal frequencies falling within the "biological window" for beneficial effects.

3. Field Intensity: The strength of the electromagnetic field, measured in Tesla or microTesla, with low intensities being most effective for biological responses.

4. Resonance: The ability of the electromagnetic field to create oscillations at maximum amplitude within the body, promoting wellness effects.

Frequency plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of PEMF therapy, as it determines how electromagnetic waves interact with the body. The human body responds positively to frequencies within the "biological window," a scientifically proven range of electromagnetic frequencies that promotes wellness. Frequencies outside this window may have little or no beneficial effect.

In PEMF therapy, frequency is measured in cycles per second (Hertz, Hz). Lower frequencies, such as the Schumann resonance (7.83 Hz) and the Earth's magnetic field (11.75–11.79 Hz), are naturally in alignment with the body's rhythms and are particularly effective in promoting wellness. These frequencies correspond to the body's natural oscillations, such as alpha brain waves, enhancing resonance and biological responses.

Known as the elemental force of life, electromagnetic waves are not only essential for our entire

ecosystem, but they are furthermore vital and crucial for our individual well-being. Electromagnetic waves, constantly exposed by the Earth, the Sun, the Schumann Resonances (ionospheric waves) as well as spherics, plus the harmonic composition of all, create an all-natural force with which human organisms, animals, and even plants interact actively in order to preserve and restore their wellness.

The iMRS prime systems deliver frequencies within this biological window, using pre-programmed patterns that align with circadian rhythms and the body's natural energy flow. This ensures optimal energy transfer and resonance, supporting vibrant well-being. Importantly, higher frequencies or "electrosmog" from devices like Wi-Fi and smartphones can disrupt the body's natural balance and are avoided in PEMF therapy.

Field intensity, also known as amplitude or flux density, affects wellness by determining how effectively the electromagnetic field interacts with the body. Extremely low field intensities, within the lower three-figure microTesla range, are adequate to produce highly beneficial biological responses. These low intensities fall within the "biological window," where the human body responds best to subtle and gentle electromagnetic signals.

The iMRS prime systems use these low field intensities to communicate effectively with the body, resulting in optimal holistic wellness effects across all body parts. Signals outside this biological window are less effective or may have no impact.

Resonance in PEMF therapy refers to the principle where pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) cause the body to oscillate at maximum amplitude at specific frequencies. This phenomenon occurs when the applied electromagnetic frequencies align with the body's natural oscillatory vibrations, creating a synchronized effect.

Resonance maximizes the energy absorption by the body, promoting beneficial wellness effects. For example, when PEMF signals fall within the "biological window" of frequencies, they encourage the body to resonate with the applied vibrations, enhancing wellness outcomes. Frequencies outside this biological window are less likely to create resonating effects.

The iMRS prime systems utilize advanced computerized stochastic resonance modeling to deliver extremely low-frequency signals that align with the body's natural oscillations, ensuring effective resonance for wellness purposes.
