From the farms to the Great Lakes, there’s awesome stuff happening all over our great state! Theres a spirit of independence that lives in our small businesses, who work constantly to enrich our communities and cultures. Because of the dedication of these men and women, we get to enjoy tons of incredible art, music, food, craft beer, wine and much more. When we step into the communities of these passionate people, we feel a strong sense of belonging, of roots. We were founded with the goal of helping you show the world where your roots are, and representing all that the Great Lakes State has to offer.
Our Story
Founded in 2012, Live Love Michigan comes from humble beginnings. Starting out of a spare bedroom in a rental house. We ran the craft show circuit (and still do!) during the summers while keeping full time jobs. After a couple years and your support we were able to move operations to a dedicated production warehouse in our Capital City!

Live Love Michigan purchased Rooted in Michigan in the summer of 2019 in our effort to grow upon what we've already built. Rooted in Michigan has been an instant success from its earliest days and created a following that's passionate about their roots. They make a great addition to our portfolio as we continue to grow and offer more solutions to our customer base. We pride ourselves on setting the bar high each year and will continue to evolve to meet your needs.
Although we have grown a lot over the last ten years, we are still a very small business... at the end of the day I'm just a guy with a wife, kids, and a dog who prints your shirts by hand in a small shop in Lansing. We're super grateful to be able to represent our state to each of you. Thanks so much for your support! We look forward to having you as a customer!

As a very small independent business, we’re proud to print comfortable, fashionable, durable clothing, and accessories for every hard-working Michigander, and out-of-staters missing home too!
Market Base / Demographics
Unlike many clothing brands which tend to appeal to a niche market segment, we have cross-demographic appeal. After all, the heritage of Michigan is as diverse and passionate as its people!
Over 60% of our market base is within the highly desirable 35-54 years old age range, and over 70% of purchasers are women. Our largest fan base is in Northern Michigan, with rapid growth in the Grand Rapids, Metro Detroit, and Kalamazoo areas. Overall, we do best in areas where people feel a strong sense of pride in their communityand their state, of course!
Quality Products
We strive to provide the highest quality, most comfortable products available. We use modern fits and fabrics, and use blended and pre-shrunk fabrics whenever possible in order to provide years of enjoyment for the wearer. While there are unfortunately no clothing manufacturers within the state of Michigan, we make sure to source a majority of our garments from Michigan companies who operate with ethical and environmental standards in mind.
We print all of our clothing in-house in order to be able to closely monitor production and quality. This in-house process allows us to print on demand for wholesale orders, enabling us to give customers exactly what they need, at the lowest prices and fastest turnaround possible.

Wholesale Program Terms and Conditions
Please thoroughly read and understand these terms and conditions before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes your agreement. Thanks!
Minimums / Pricing
Wholesale orders must be a $200 minimum and/or 6 pieces of a style. You may mix garment colors within the same garment style and print design. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders subject to availability.
Payment Methods / Terms
We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Business Check or Cashier’s Check.
A $100 NSF fee will be assessed for returned checks.
All payment must be received and cleared before production will begin. Credit terms may be extended to repeat customers that have shown their credit-worthiness. Balance must be paid before next order will be fulfilled.
Production / Shipping
All wholesale orders are produced on-demand. Please allow up to 14 days from order approval and payment for production and shipping.
All wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx ground, unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for all shipping and related costs.
Notice of Defects
While we strive to inspect every item for quality and consistency, sometimes mistakes happen and defects get through. The customer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise upon receipt. Customer must notify Rooted in Michigan in writing, within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, of any claims related to defective or damaged merchandise.
