Hello Friends,

To begin, thank you. If you are an existing customer, a previous customer or finding us for the first time, we are so appreciative to have the chance to share our line with you. We know that our retailers are our foundation and we still get excited with every single order that comes in. Thank you!

2022 had a lot of big changes for us. One was the relaunch of our candle line which we are so excited to share has been well received. With the new launch, we also introduced 8 new scents - Mountaintop, Rosemary & Oak, Lavender & Lily, Meadow, White Spruce, Bergamot & Tea Blossom, Ginger Pear and Citrus & Salt. We also reintroduced Birch & Amber which was previously Flannel. For the holiday season, White Spruce was a runaway hit and we look forward to sharing this beautiful scent with more people this year.

The other big change for us was the opening of THE SUGARHOUSE, our Cafe & Market. It has been a true joy to open our sugarhouse in this way and the team that runs it brings so much to Finding Home Farms. With more traffic, we have also been able to expand our retail offerings and host events and with that we have learned so much about running a retail business that has really focused us on how we work with our retailers. The perfect example is our new Tasting Kits. We tried this out in our store first and saw great results. Now, we are offering it to you to bring into your store. We have also had great response to in-store signage and printed give-aways, so you guessed it, now we are offering them here in our catalog for you to bring into your shop.

We are also so excited to be offering a 20-page cookbook filled with ideas and recipes for using our products. We made it super affordable so hopefully you can use it as a giveaway with a purchase, or sell it as an add-on.

If you combine our cookbook, our scents for every season as well as year-round scents, we have positioned Finding Home Farms to be a successful year-round partner with you. Cheers to a successful 2023!

Spring & Summer In-Store Promotion Idea

MAKE PANCAKES, THE EASIER WAY!

With so many holidays focused on breakfast - Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, spring and summer are the perfect time to promote our organic maple syrup & buttermilk pancake and waffle mix in your store. And we have figured it out a way to make it ahead and simpler - in a sheet pan.

Follow directions for a full bag of our Buttermilk Pancake mix, grease the bottom of a 1/2 sheet pan and add batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until firmed up. Cut up into sample size pieces and serve with our organic maple syrup.

Fall In-Store Promotion Idea

MINI PUMPKIN MUFFINS WITH MAPLE GLAZE

As we head into the fall season, pumpkin spice is on everyone’s mind so it is the perfect time to share pumpkin spice mini muffins with your customers. Follow this simple recipe using our pumpkin spice pancake mix for a delicious treat to sample and increase sales. Add a maple glaze to make it even a little more special with one of our flavored syrups.

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups FHF Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mix 2/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk 2 eggs, well beaten

1/3 cup of chopped nuts, cranberries 1/3 cup of butter or oil or chocolate chips (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat over 350 degrees F. Grease a 12-muffin pan or line with paper inserts. Combine all ingredients, stir just until blended. Divide batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter

4 cup powdered sugar

MAPLE BUTTERCREAM GLAZE

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1⁄2 tablespoon salt

1⁄3 cup FHF maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter, maple syrup, salt and vanilla on high speed of a mixer. Slowly add powdered sugar until creamy, with a sti consistency. Add mixture to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir with a wooden spoon or baking spatula until fully melted. Use immediately. It will harden quickly. If saving for later, refrigerate the mixture until ready to serve.

Holiday In-Store Promotion Idea

MAPLE SEA SALT POPCORN

Here is a quick & delicious recipe for popcorn with the perfect blend of salty & sweet with our organic maple syrup. These instructions are for stovetop prep of your popcorn, but you can "cheat" and add the butter / maple mix to popcorn popped however you wish. Use sample cups and share with your shoppers throughout the holiday season.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp canola or coconut oil 1⁄2 cup popcorn kernels

2 tbsp unsalted butter 2 tbsp FHF organic maple syrup 1⁄2 tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and maple syrup together over medium heat until the butter is completely melted. Allow the mixture to bubble for about a minute before removing it from the heat.

Place oil and 2-3 popcorn kernels in a 3-quart stainless steel saucepan. Heat over medium heat, listening for the kernels to pop.

Once the 2-3 kernels have popped, remove them from the pan and add your 1⁄2 cup of popcorn kernels to the hot oil.

Return the popcorn to the heat and allow the popcorn to pop. You want to shake the pan back and forth over the heat so that the popcorn on the bottom doesn't burn. Be sure to shake at least every 30 seconds.

Once the popping has slowed down, remove the popcorn from the heat. Transfer the popcorn to a large serving or mixing bowl.

Drizzle the butter and maple syrup mixture over the popcorn. Toss or gently mix the popcorn to coat all of the pieces. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste and enjoy!

ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimum orders are $250 and ordered in full case packs. We request that you carry at least three fragrances of our candle line. If ordering from our specialty food collection, we request you order more than one offering.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders can be placed directly through email at wholesale@findinghomefarms.com, by calling 845-355-4335. If you work with a sales rep/ group in your region, please contact them directly for orders. Orders generally ship within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow extra time immediately following a trade show. We will do our best to ship all orders complete. However, if an item is backordered, we will ship the order and follow with an additional shipment of the remaining item(s).

PAYMENT

All orders require a credit card for shipping. Your card will not be charged until the order is shipped. All shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

SAMPLE PROGRAM

Food and candle samples are available at half price. One sample can be ordered for each style per invoice.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise can not be returned without prior authorization. We reserve the right to issue a 20% restocking fee when applicable.

STORAGE, DISPLAY & CARE OF PRODUCTS

Maple syrup can be stored at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, maple syrup and jams should be refrigerated. Candles should be stored between 60 and 85 degrees and you should try to avoid storing or displaying candles in direct sunlight.

CANDLE CARE AND SAFETY

Burn within sight – Keep away from things that catch fire – Keep away from children – Trim wick 1/8” each time candle is lit – Keep wax pool free of debris – Stop burning candle when ½” unmelted wax remains – Burn on a suitable surface – Avoid drafty areas.
