Over time the ivory color may change slightly, showing the natural color of the essential oils.

Mixture’s opening order is $250 and must be prepaid by credit card or check. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Minimum reorder is $100. PLEASE NOTE: reorders under $100 will be subject to a $10 processing fee.

Soy may show slight ripples or pinholes in the surface.

This means the candles are poured by hand and not a machine.

Soy may appear to have a flakey top over time. This shows that your candle is 100% soy.

All candles, no matter the wax content or price, may pull away from the glass. This is called "shrinkage." It can give a bubbled or wet appearance. The candle is NOT defective; it is a characteristic of candles.

• Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings, or other flammable materials.

• Keep wick centered and trimmed 1/4" to prevent smoking and soot buildup on container or other items.

• Burn only on a stable and heat-resistant surface.

• Burn candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.

• Keep candle out of drafts.

• Discontinue use when only 1/2” of wax remains in the bottom.

• Do not move candle while burning or if wax is hot.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Mixture is a protected line for active accounts. To remain an active account, you must receive an order in a four (4) month period of time from the date of your last order. All active accounts will need to pay by credit card.

All returned checks will be subject to a $45 Returned Check Charge. Companies with returned checks may also be subject to legal costs.

PRODUCTS

Mixture makes all products to order to ensure total freshness. We treat all orders as custom orders. We do not and will not sell stale products. Once you open your first package, you will understand why we do this.

Not all products have an available tester. Please consult your price book.

All returned or refused products will be subject to a 25% Restocking Charge unless prior authorization has been granted.

PLEASE NOTE: All damages must be reported within

five (5) days upon receipt. Damages or shortages will not be accepted after five (5) days.
