Most of our products are printed on 100% FSC certified paper (the rating for the most environmentally friendly papers). We print and assemble all items in the USA, using mostly local vendors.

All opening orders are credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Orders are charged when production begins. Established customers with a proven payment history may apply for Net 30 terms.

Turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days. During trade show season, shipping times may vary. Most items are shipped from Dallas, TX via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Cups, table runners and gift wrap are shipped separately. (Shipping costs up to 10% of order).

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified that these items will ship separately and once the item is back in stock it will ship out immediately unless otherwise noted.

Because all orders are considered a “custom" order and produced especially for each customer, we do not offer returns. In the event of defective stock or a shipping error, we must be notified within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued to the customer's account. PRODUCT
