During peak season (immediately following trade show season) orders may require up to 7 days to be processed. Your patience is appreciated.

8. Transit time – Orders normally take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on shipping address.

9. Cancellation policy – Cancelled orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if not received at least 5 days prior to shipping date.

10. Return Policy – Each shipment is carefully packed and reviewed before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you should receive wrong, damaged or defective items, pls contact our customer service center immediately upon receipt (and no more than 10 days of receipt of goods) at 888-524-0414 or customerservice@marginsforprofit.com for assistance.

We require all returns must be in their original condition and package. To request a return, please call or email customerservice@marginsforprofit. com. Returns must include your invoice # or customer #, customer name, email, the style #(s) and item #(s) as well as a description of why you would like to return or exchange. You will receive an email response with further instruction on processing returns within 3-4 business days.

We cannot accept returns from unauthorized sellers or other on-line market places. Please contact original sellers directly.

11. Shipping Claims – Freight damage via truck shipments are the responsibility of the carrier. Claims for loss or concealed damage must be filed within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please retain all packaging materials until the damage claim is resolved.

12. Late payments – Late charges of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be added to all past due invoices.

13. Collection fees – If a customer account is forwarded to a collection agency, all additional legal and collection fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

14. WHOLESALE accounts MAY sell on their OWN retail/to consumer websites, but AMAZON sales as well as other 3rd party websites are NOT permitted.
