BURANO. It’s a beautiful island off the coast of Venice, Italy….where we just happened to find ourselves over the summer while on our honeymoon. Though most tourists are more familiar with the neighboring island of Murano, Burano is famous for lace and for their colorful houses, thoughtfully painted to guide the local fisherman home in the fog and darkness after a long day.

As we refined our line of handbags and accessories, the more fun we had adding colors, the more we thought about the perfect name for the line B • U • R • A • N • O. We found inspiration in this magical, artistic place.

Policy

by Margins for Profit, INC 1. Satisfaction Guaranteed – We strive for our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not, please contact our customer service department and we will figure it out together.

2. Price – All prices are FOB shipping from our warehouse in Frostburg Maryland. Prices indicated are wholesale and intended for wholesale customers only.

3. Minimum Order – Opening order $250.00, re-order minimum $150.00 4. Payment method – We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. Money orders are also acceptable. Customers may qualify for NET30 terms upon approval.

5. Back Orders – All back orders under $50.00 will be cancelled. Our inventory levels fluctuate and availability is subject to change without notice. Back orders will be shipped as soon as they are available.

6. Shipping and Handling – We use FEDEX ground for all wholesale orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on order size/ weight/shipping address and shipping method. Shipping and handling costs are prepaid and added to your invoice. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be shipped at International rates.

7. Order Processing time – Once payment method has been accepted and approved, the address is verified and items are in stock, most orders will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. During peak season (immediately following trade show season) orders may require up to 7 days to be processed. Your patience is appreciated.

8. Transit time – Orders normally take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on shipping address.

9. Cancellation policy – Cancelled orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if not received at least 5 days prior to shipping date.

10. Return Policy – Each shipment is carefully packed and reviewed before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you should receive wrong, damaged or defective items, pls contact our customer service center immediately upon receipt (and no more than 10 days of receipt of goods) at 888-524-0414 or customerservice@marginsforprofit.com for assistance.

We require all returns must be in their original condition and package. To request a return, please call or email customerservice@marginsforprofit. com. Returns must include your invoice # or customer #, customer name, email, the style #(s) and item #(s) as well as a description of why you would like to return or exchange. You will receive an email response with further instruction on processing returns within 3-4 business days.

We cannot accept returns from unauthorized sellers or other on-line market places. Please contact original sellers directly.

11. Shipping Claims – Freight damage via truck shipments are the responsibility of the carrier. Claims for loss or concealed damage must be filed within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please retain all packaging materials until the damage claim is resolved.

12. Late payments – Late charges of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be added to all past due invoices.

13. Collection fees – If a customer account is forwarded to a collection agency, all additional legal and collection fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

14. WHOLESALE accounts MAY sell on their OWN retail/to consumer websites, but AMAZON sales as well as other 3rd party websites are NOT permitted.

15. Product information – We have done our best to display all products, images, descriptions as accurately as possible. There may be times when information contained in this catalog is inaccurate due to incomplete data, or typographical errors. Any and all errors are unintentional and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been changed, we will automatically credit your card with the incorrect price. All prices listed are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
