Forthcoming events MidSummer Song Friday 13th July On 13th July Harry Bradford brings his eight voice Chetwynd Consort to give an a cappella concert of MidSummer Song in Compton Marbling Barns, Fonthill Gifford, which ranges from Byrd to the Beatles. A quartet of the Chetwynds riveted everyone at our Reception for the Lord Lieutenant in March. So when they offered to return as part of a tour we seized the opportunity to invite the Consort back. It wasn’t merely the impeccable singing you’d expect from ex Cambridge choral scholars, their programmes are also a wonderful blend of the profound and the impish. Come and bring a picnic party.
