It was just about then that a man in Chicago has the idea that friendship and business could be mixed and that in doing so would result in more business and more friendship”

This man was Paul Percy Harris (Paul) , lawyer who came to Chicago for the purpose of living a life” He formed a club with 4 of his friends and it developed as Rotary club in due course. Thus we got an International organization for fun, friendship and to do something to the community.
I am inspired by this and I wanted to do something to create good friends and to share their business in our walk of time.
Thus our club ROTARY CLUB OF CHENNAI DYNAMIC is organized.
Never the less to state that Rtn.A.Kadiresan stood by my side in all actions to bring this club .
Our club is charted on 31st August 2021, having Rtn.A.Kadiresan as our Charter President and me as Charter Secretary. During then we formed this club with a strength of 38 members and I am proud to say that the membership is maintained even now.
Friends, we have a long way to go in our friendship and business, I request all the members to bring each one new member to make our Dynamic Club more purposeful. May I expect?

During then their club’s Installation function also took place. Rtn. Thmaizharasan. R.K our club service Director was the MC for them. Our President is invited to conduct a friendship tour to Nepal officially. He came with his assistant to distribute pamphlets to all co presidents. This program was planned to invite all to Nepal clubs to arrange for a sister club agreement assignment.

Our installation function was held at RR towers on 24th June 2022. Rtn.N.S.Saravanan, DGN was the Chief guest. AG Rtn.Venkatreddy and RS.Rtn.Sundaram joined the function. Our Co _Presidents to our President Rtn.S.Viswanathan, RC Prestige, Rtn.R.Dinesh Kumar, RC Rainbow, Rtn.Asha Daniel, RC Reviera, Rtn.D.V.Manoharan, RC Porur graced the function. Our Club Service Director Rtn.R.K.Thamizharasan also performed as Emcee.
He also arranged a wonderful mimicry program. The performer Simbu Madhan was just like Actor Simbu. Good dinner was arranged by our club. During the function, Meeting was called to order by our Charter President. Ms Srinidhi, a dental college student was invited to sing the prayer song. After the prayer song and other formalities, the collar was collared to our Presi-
dent 22-23 Rtn.V.Vaitheeswaran. Rtn.V.Vaitheeswaran, President delivered his acceptance speech. He introduced his team of office bearers. All of them were presented with new lapel pins as per the post they possess. Rtn.Sujatha, District Chair, membership growth franked new pin to Rtn.Sujatha Anand our club’s membership growth chair. The attendees were recognized during the felicitation. Our Chief Guest spoke about Rotary, its involvement with the society and how it shall be useful to the members.

DGE 2023-24 during PETS, held at Goa on 1st April 2022 On 30th March 2022 our club’s President Rtn.V.Vaitheeswaran attended his PETS which was held at Goa. Rtn.Bhothra was the onward Chairman for this PETS. During then, our President is lucky enough to meet majority of the Presidents 2022-23. This program enlightens each Presidents as how to perform their duty as Presidents in their clubs. He Praised all the members who joined in the club and requested to bring more members to club, so that the involvement among member will be more. Our club members attended on 25th July 2022 in large number. It is called as Town hall meeting and our Rotary International President Jennifr Jones visited our District as her first visit to Districts.
We the Presidents were given a blue reflective jackets to indicate that we are their mentors. The entire program was filled with full of fun and our club members enjoyed thoroughly. We dispersed following with a delicious lunch.

Our District 3232, arranged a transport awareness program. Our District’s first lady
ON AUGUST 7 ,2022: Rtn.Dr.Sumedha was the instigator for this .project. This project was called as Metro hunt. More than 800 Rotarians, Annes and Annets participated. From our club we were 14 members took part in this happy Mela. Our President gifted them all a blue color T shirt to maintain uniformity.
We assembled at CMRL Alandur station by 7AM. Delicious breakfast were provided to us all. And we were given a reflective jacket to indicate that we are on the CMRL hunt to ceate awareness to the public about the importance of using public transport and thereby to avoid traffic congestion on road.
Our district 3232 arranged a program on August 12th 2022,at Semmozhi poonga a photo shoot. A video was taken with all the Presdents singing the national Anthem. It was in the morning by 6AM. All the presidents were present and a professional cinema team was present with all camera unit and shoot. It went on till morning 9.20AM. But, the National Anthem sung by District officers came out very well

On 20th August 2022 by 12 hrs we had a lunchon meeting . It was a speaker meeting. Rtn.Professor.K.Sundarearajan ,RC.Nanganallur was the speaker and the chief guest. It was our first speaker meeting. The topic was “SHADOW WITNESSESS”
Never the less to say that the speaker is an eminent orator with tons of knowledge. He explained his forensic profession. It was like a thriller movie experience to all of us.
It was a lunchon meeting and we were only 11 and hence we took a photo and went to our President elect’s hotel and had our lunch.
On August 23rd we celebrated healthcare –workers week. We met some of the Nurses in GH and gave them sweets. Workers at CMRL were recognized. We sent a letter to our fellow Rotarians who are leading doctors practicing .
On 23rd August 2022,We attended the Olympiad arranged by our District. Our President arranged the transport for it. We were 14 to attend the function.

He also attended a club meeting at Kathmandu along with Rtn.Dev.Kathmandu Dist 3292 Rtn.DG.Jitender was also attending the club meeting, while they visited the Rotary club of Kathmandu West meeting. August 27 ,2022: We paid the college fee to a really deserving Engineering Student who is studying his 2nd year Engineering course. We collected money from various sources. The amount to pay to Sri Ram institute of Technology was Rs. 2,00,500/-
We could help him to avail a student loan for Rs.1,00,000/From Siruthuli Trust Rs. 28,000.

On 14th September 2022 our club President with some of other presidents are going to visit District 3292 and are going to exchange flags with the clubs. The club’s flags are ready.

Our President on 10th September ,2022 went to Nepal with our Director International services Rtn. Devendran to arrange a district level sister club meetings with our District.

Bringing out this Bulletin is a Herculean task. With all our club members support I could make it possible. I learnt through this a lot more. If you find any mistakes please read it as corrected. In the future bulletin is planned to come out with lots of more colorful events and more of projects. I wish we shall bring out one more bulletin for this year more efficiently.

Representatives approved a dues increase for each of the next three years. Dues that clubs pay to RI per member are set at $35.50 per half year in 2022-23. Dues will increase to $37.50 per half year in 2023-24, $39.25 per half year in 2024-25, and US$41.00 per half year in 2025-26. 15-Apr-2022

Our District dues are payable once a year. It is Rs.885 per member. Our Rotary news magazine is payable once a year and is mandatory. It is Rs.480 payable yearly once.
We had a meeting on 30th September 2022, which is a combined meeting for our Charter night, Our Sister club agreement submission, new member induction and a family gettogether.During Charter night our club members present were 24 and new member inducted on that day is 4, Families joined in the meeting were 7. Our president explained about his trip to Nepal with a video presentation. He brought the flags he collected at Kathmandu and at Pokhara. He explained about the best hospitality of Nepal Rotarians. Rtn.DG.Jitender was very accommodative .The sister club agreements were held at Hotel Hyatt place, Kathmandu he added. The total participants from our district was about115. Thus our charter night was very interesting and quiet rejuvenating.
On September 29th 2022, our district had arranged a Dhandiaya program, in connection with Navrathri. Our President attended the function. Rtn.Nandhini also attended and took active participation. She is awarded for her best dance and to teach others to how to dance.

On 29th May 2022 for Arivarangam from our office team we had registered for 12 members and attended 10 members.
On 11th October we celebrated International Girls day . We with the support of Proceter and Gamble company and their doctor V.Santhanalakshmi, gifted the girl students above 8th (standard) with sanitory napkin of P&G. Doctor explained the girls about the importance of it and about mensural hygiene, within the Camera. Once, the meeting Was over, we all participated in the general function and greeted the girl students

We welcome to our Rotary , MC Dancer, Zumba trainer, previously a Rotaractor turned to a Rotarian Rtn.Rupa Devi Jagannathan.
Our District-joined as a team with Indian Army , celebrated India's Vijay Divas in the early morning on 16th December 2022. From our Rotary district about 1500 Rotarians , from armed forces about 1500 and from public 2000 people participated. From our club also our President with Rtn.Nandhini and other members took part. Rtn.Nandhini was the emcee for this event. We had very good fun during then. We walked/run/walked to reach the destinations. There was a 51kgs of cake kept ready to celebrate the 51st year of our victory. Our empowerment chair Rtn.A.Nandhini performed dances along with Dr.Deepa President of RC.Mount and with others, It was a wonderful day for all of us.
