Hello this is Angela Cheng, the new editor for our school Key Club this coming 2024-2025 school year! I am so grateful to have been given this position following my experience as a Freshman Rep, and thank you so much to our past editor and now president, Isha, for her aid in helping me navigate this role! A little introduction about me would be that I’m a rising sophomore who LOVES music, art, and dance (hip hop, jazz funk, etc.)! UNICEF works in 190 countries and territories worldwide to save the lives of children, defend their rights, and help them reach their fullest potential from early childhood through adolescence. They are a supranational organization directed at providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children all around the globe.
Thirst Project is the world’s leading YOUTH water activism non-profit organization. Its aim is to bring safe drinking water to communities around the world where clean water is not readily available. The organization focuses on the youth perspective and movement towards providing water and sanitation worldwide.

Schoolhouse is an organization created by Sal Khan, founder of the learning platform named Khan Academy. Schoolhouse provides free peer-tutoring to students globally. Schoolhouse has already reached more than 7,000 students from over 100 countries, with help from over 1,000 student volunteer tutors. Schoolhouse aims to provide equal education to all students.

Erika’s Lighthouse is on a mission to ensure no one feels alone in their depression. They are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education, providing awareness of depression and suicide to upper elementary, middle school, and high schoolers- as well as educators and families. They let students know that they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn to.

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and community at a time. Kiwanis stands by several missions and values, such as living by the Golden Rule and cooperating to increase justice, patriotism, and goodwill to their communities and the world.
Circle K International
CKI members are dedicated to childhood development, environmental justice, mental health, and serving those are food insecure to lack housing. Circle K also partners with several international organizations that share the same values such as UNICEF USA and Active Minds
K-Kids
K-Kids is one of the largest service organizations for elementary school students, with nearly 23,000 members worldwide. It is a student-led community service organization that operates under school regulations and draws its members from the student body Members of K-Kids serve and lead their schools and communities.

Aktion Club
Aktion Club is the only service club for adults with disabilities, with more than 12,000 members worldwide. The objectives of the Aktion Club are similar to Kiwanis’. Aktion Club is supported at the district level and by the Kiwanis International Office in Indianapolis, IN which provides programs, literature, and opportunities to relate individuals with disabilities from countries worldwide.

Key Club members around the world are learning how to lead and stand for righteousness through their service and volunteering. High school students learn, grow, and impact their communities positively as they serve through their schools
Builders Club
Builders Club is the largest service organization for middle school/junior high students, with more than 26,500 members worldwide. Members learn to work together and develop servant-leaders skills as they serve their school and community.

Key Club International offers member benefits through a partnership with College Wise. The partnership helps and offers member resources and benefits through the college apps process. College Wise additionally provides Key Club members exclusive webinars and resources to aid students in continuing their schooling to a higher level.
