ur range of new world wines expands this year as we welcome Tohu Wines to our portfolio.

Tohu is the world’s first and largest Maori-owned wine company. They produce premium, award winning wines including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir and a Methode Marlborough Sparkling. True to Maori culture, Tohu have a strong spiritual connection with sustainability as a core principle. Their wines come from a single-estate vineyard form the upper Awatere Valley in Marlborough.

Other key agencies are Gauchezco from Argentina and Oldenburg Vineyards from South Africa.

Gauchezco was founded in 1881 by the Governor of Mendoza. Their production

is focused on the principal regions of Argentina: Maipu, the Uco Valley and Cafayate.

Their premium wine is produced from old Bordeaux rootstock wines, many of which are nearly 100 years old.

Oldenburg Vineyards is an independent family-run boutique winery whose aim is to make some of the finest and most respected wines. They handcraft small quantities of both red and white wines, using only grapes from their estate which is situated at between 350m-400m above Stellenbosch in the Banghoek Valley. Careful study of their terroir has led to the planting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet France, Syrah, Merlot, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.
