After seven difficult years of negative appreciation, the Toledo market has seen a few years of positive appreciation. • Neighborhood Snapshot: This document shows the activity in your neighborhood from the preivous year until and including today. • Neighborhood Trends: These charts show your neighborhood’s activity from January 1st, 2016 until today.
