After seven difficult years of negative appreciation, the Toledo market has seen a few years of positive appreciation. • Neighborhood Snapshot: This document shows the activity in your neighborhood from the preivous year until and including today. • Neighborhood Trends: These charts show your neighborhood’s activity from January 1st, 2016 until today. The charts compare the average time on market, the average price, and the likelyhood of selling your home. I hope that you find this information useful.
