The Fine Print: • Company to pay $100 per employee per year, or $10 per employee per month.

• Employees to pay $9.99 per month. Must pay yearly $29.99 maintenance fee, Enrollment fee is waived.

• This pricing is for a one-year commitment. If an employee decides to cancel the one-year contract, another employee may assume the remainder of the contract. If no one will assume the remainder of the commitment, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.

• Family members of employees can join at $9.99 per month with 24/7 access to Maumee & Holland Sylvania, or they can join at $19.99 and have 24/7 access to Maumee, Holland Sylvania & Perrysburg Xtreme warehouse locations, and access to unlimited classes at all 3 locations.
