1. Soften the paneer- You can soften the paneer by placing it in warm salt water before adding it to the gravy. It also allows absorbing the gravy easily. 2. Maintain the colour of the peas- by just adding sugar you can easily retain the colour of the peas before you bring it to a boil. 3. For crispy- crunchy puri- Add 2-4 spoon of Rava to make your puri crunchy and crispy 4. Prevent parchment cramping- To stop parchment paper from curling up, crumple and uncrumple it before placing it down 5. Think before you drain- Do not drain the pasta water because the starch present in pasta water would take your regular pasta up a notch, and you will never think of draining it again. 6.
