This toolkit provides schools and districts with information about mental health resources and supports available to them (at no cost) through the State of Connecticut's Connecting Schools to Care IV Students initiative.
Connecting Schools to Care IV Students Connecting to Care is a four-year grant awarded to the Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF) from the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Grant partners include DCF, the Child Health and Development Institute (CHDI), Carelon Behavioral Health, FAVOR, and the Consultation Center at Yale. CHDI serves as the statewide Coordinating Center for Connecting to Care.
