Message From The Provincial Office

The Fraser Valley has experienced incredible devastation and damage over the last several months . We have watched in disbelief as the unpredictable weather patterns have wreaked havoc on people’s homes and communities across the region and province . The floods and landslides have damaged homes, killed livestock, and ravaged infrastructure critical for moving goods and services around the province .

We were shocked and saddened by the devastation causing many people, including some of our members, to lose their homes and livelihood . Many CHBA member companies have been assisting with evacuation efforts by sending crews to help and lending a hand wherever they can, including individually donating to relief efforts . CHBA BC also contributed to the Abbotsford Flood Relief Fund to help those affected by the devastation .
