DENTURES

2024

Angelo Tourlas, DD

WE ASK???

Ever wondered what dentures look like after 10 years? (Trust us . . . you don’t want to wait that long to find out.) Over time, dentures wear out just like shoes or glasses. The fit changes, the bite shifts, and you stop smiling like you used to. Regular check-ins = better comfort, better health and fewer surprises. If it’s been more than 5 years, it’s time to talk.

A contractor is scheduled to come in for the final clean-up later this week. According to Kim Crew, Chatham-Kent’s director of housing services, the municipally owned Public Utilities Commission property falls within the guidelines of the encampment protocol adopted by council last fall. “The municipal encampment protocol does not dictate specific locations where unhoused persons should go,” Crew said in a media release. The Fair Jeanne, a Canadian Tall Ship, slipped into port in Erieau last week. The 110-footlong vessel moored at Erieau Marina overnight before sailing deeper into the Great Lakes. The ship is part of Tall Ship Adventures, and people can book excursions aboard her. To learn more, visit tallshipsadventure.org.
