Welcome to this edition of Senior Spectrum heading into the New Year and decade. Many of you are promising to follow through on things planned for 2020 to improve quality of life and personal goals. At the top of the list of resolutions is to set realistic goals that can be achieved and set in action.
Being good to oneself mentally and physically is a good place to start. The least selected among resolutions is the idea of being good to you. This self-love can come in the form of health and nutrition, mentally being kind to oneself, physically maintaining good activities to stay strong and agile. While all of these things are so important they often are best practiced in the same time period to make for a strong person.
