THE CHASE DIFFERENCE

One company. One heart. One philosophy. HEART. It’s what sets Chase International apart from the rest of the real estate pack. We are a company motivated by our clients’ success. It means finding just the right house you can call home. It means connecting you with the best movers, painters, interior designers and introducing you to the communities we serve. It means loving every inch of your home and selling it for the highest price in the shortest time. Whatever it takes, we’re here for you. Some would call this kind of service overthe-top. At Chase, we call it heart. And when you have it, everything else takes care of itself.

Chase life—joy, health, success The extraordinary influx of home buyers to our region gives us the opportunity to deepen our appreciation of where we live. The onset of COVID 19 changed the way people value their lives. Properties are flying off the shelf as buyers are excited to start a new way of living. The trails are welcoming hikers and bikers like never before. Exercise has taken off to new levels and the young and old are enjoying what we are all about. Creativity has hit new levels of joy with less distraction. The new trend of outdoor dining and take-out, along with social distancing and respect for our neighbors is a new way of living. The year 2020 taught us that we can accomplish so much even if we can’t see or meet a client in person. Technology platforms have shown not only the agent, but the consumer that a lot can be done virtually even buying or selling a home. Our Sacramento region just like the nation has such low inventory that it’s really tough on the buyers, because the market becomes that much more competitive. The buyers really have to have their finances in order so they can write their most competitive offer and the sellers can really choose the buyer and offer that best fits their circumstances. One of the many ways we help our clients is creating what we call, Chase Ready properties. With a Chase Ready listing the buyer knows up-front if the home’s condition matches their desire, because they have reports on the property available prior to writing the offer, rather than after they are under contract when surprises are found on inspection reports. This higher standard creates a better real estate experience for both the buyers and the sellers. Our Sacramento region is likely to get even more competitive and home prices continue to rise. According to Realtor.com if COVID keeps people working from home in 2021 Sacramento will be one of the hottest markets in the nation. Additionally, with interest rates continuing to see record lows that will only help fuel the Greater Sacramento and Tri-County area in 2021.

CHASE GLOBAL INITIATIVE

The Hela Bima Rice Project At Chase International, we are proud to make a real difference in our world by supporting over 1,000 traditional rice farmers in Sri Lanka. Over 3.5 billion people consume rice, mostly unhealthy hybrid varieties. The Hela Bima Rice Project and Chase International join forces to grow 2,000-year-old pure, whole varieties of rice (hidden for over 500 years) with human loving, nature friendly and sustainable farming practices, using the wisdom of their ancestors. We support education, fund schools, build state-of-the-art, eco-friendly rice mills, storage and packaging facilities. Since 2011, Chase International has empowered the farmers, their families, children and villages to live healthy lives. The Hela Bima Rice Project is awakening and educating the world, honoring the farmers, their rice and well-being. This relationship with the farmers creates a circle of abundance in all of our lives.

Making a difference: Our mission is to bring awareness to how we see FOOD, giving value and respect for all human beings.
