aided project architects and craftsman with construction administration in the field. Produced working drawings such as site plans, floor plans, building sections, and interior/ exterior elevations with BIM technology.

Acquired working knowledge of local building codes, LEED residential standards, zoning, and specification writing.

Utilized Google Sketchup Pro, AutoCad, and Revit to develop a residential project near Clarendon County, South Carolina.

Contacted local vendors, designers, and subcontractors to execute initial phases of the building project. Translated hand-drawings, photography, and sketches into working drawings and conceptual renderings.
