Tramping Club photo competition

As part of the annual photo competition hosted by the NZ Federated Mountain Club (FMC), the Golden Bay Alpine & Tramping Club is holding its own competition. The club is offering a prize for a winner and runner-up photo in two age groups – under 25 and over 25. The winner and runner up of the under-25 age group will receive $100 and $50 respectively, and all prize winners will receive books kindly donated by Potton & Burton Publishing. Craig Potton will judge the photos.

The competition is open to club members and for those under 25 with a link to the club via an extended family member such as a cousin, aunt, grandparent. The club is keen to encourage submissions from younger photographers who meet this criteria. People who may wish to join the club in order to enter the competition are also welcome.
