Model Space and Page Set-Up Manager
Right click on the layout tab to get up layout page setup manager.

Establishing Professional Practice Make sure that the print is the right size and that you have the right printer for it to be sent to.
Use PDF as a virtual default printer.
To print out in black and white – Choose monochrome.
Choose any paper size here – ignore anything with inches on & generally opt for an ISO ‘A’ size.
Plot to scale should always be 1:1 in mm – NOT INCHES

Establishing Professional Practice Display – Current Display in model space
Extents – The whole of the drawing in model space
Layout – Your current layout/ Paperspace view (the white page) Window – Select a portion of the drawing to print CO – copy, then select the objects press enter and drop in as many windows to fit the page.
