Isis Wig
• Wig designed and constructed by myself, based on Ancient Egyptian wig design ( top half different to the bottom - British Museum)
• Half traditionally knotted, half an interpretation of ancient Egyptian wig construction.
• Top half knotted with yak hair and set on small rollers.
• Bottom half threaded with bundles of braiding hair, backcombed and portion into tails, cuffed with gold rings and shaped into oval points.
• Skull cap with sockets for the horns made with Vac form. Velcro attachments for uraeus (super sculpy), light (single use battery) and orb (epoxy resin)
• Lightweight horns sculpted from foam clay, engraved, painted and sealed.
