Dr. Phyllis Bryant-Mobley has been practicing Psychiatry for 23 years. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and completed both her General Psychiatry residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the William S. Hall Psychiatric Institute and the Palmetto Health Hospital systems.

Dr. Bryant-Mobley has worked in a myriad of settings and with diverse populations during her career. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and residential practice settings, has served as Psychiatric Medical Director for the Dorn Veterans Administration inpatient psychiatric unit, as well as Psychiatric Medical Director of William S. Hall, a child and adolescent psychiatric hospital here in Columbia SC.

Currently Dr. Bryant-Mobley is dually employed as a staff inpatient psychiatrist at Gilliam Psychiatric Hospital of the South Carolina Department of Corrections, and as an outpatient psychiatrist for the South Carolina Department of Mental Health.
