Every spa and pool created by Spa Elements embodies all the experience of Charisma Contract in knowing how to read and shape the wishes of its customers. Spa Elements arose from the extensive experience of Charisma srl in creating turnkey contract projects, hotels and luxury residences. Asthereisafinelinebetweenhospitalityandwellness,thecompany soon began working alongside both designers and customers in the designandconstructionofSPAsforrefinedhotelsanddreamhomes. Regenerating places for body and spirit, where you can feel pampered and at peace with the world. Each of our projects includes the same attention to the body and the environment: natural and eco-sustainable materials, modules with low environmental impact, pools with purification systems with reduced chemical input, therapeutic and relaxing light games.

Slow atmospheres, non-exciting colors, relaxing rhythms, mild temperatures, the calm of flowing water, conciliatory music are a necessary condition for building the sensory path that makes your wellness area an oasis of peace. For this it is necessary to concentrate the idea of comfort in the furnishings and in the paths granted to relaxation: the customer must be guided within the wellness area by sensory indications, engaging light effects and soft sounds. The experts and our wellness consultants will design inlets and curves that delimit the spaces so as to preserve the privacy of those seeking only relaxation. Instead, where the emotions you want to create are those of sharing and union, joined armchairs, large showers and closed and concentric spaces will be the masters, in search of contact and more intimate emotions.

Guaranteeing your customers a welcome tailored to wellbeing means allowing them to leave themselves to a real oasis of peace, or to an area where it is possible to meet, get to know each other, in a sparkling air where well-being is synonymous with health. Today, the evolution of tourism demand is moving towards hotels that are more and more comfortable and full of services: wellness centers are certainly the most acute answer to this question and represent the real frontier of a redevelopment of the hotel product. Designing a wellness area for your facility is an opportunity for a redevelopment of the entire hospitality of the hotel, from the outside to the shared areas, up to the “bedding” area. All this, with a view to repositioning on the market, also to be declined according to the different needs of its customers. Here then the wellness area could be born with different values, depending on the clientele of reference:an area for the benefit of families only, or perhaps one designed only for couples, with “private” saunas and massage area with two beds.

Let’s start from the small universe of hospitality that are the treatment rooms, to the large and small common areas using the right techniques to refine and relax the senses, mixing the warmth of wood to the tranquility of water, transparency crystals to the colors of fabrics and furnishings.

PRIVATE SPA

A dynamic, modern, and comfort-focused customer. A turnkey project where design, based on the imprint of architect CarloScarpa,wasalsoreflectedintheSpaarea.Modernmaterialssuch as the exclusive Italian-made ceramic stoneware make daily cleaning of damp environments simple. The Turkish bath is enriched with a large sensory ceiling shower, becoming the preferred steam room and passage after a workout.

The sauna, made with heat-treated oak paneling baked in the oven and brushed with naturally extracted scents, brings innovation to the traditional ritual.

PRIVATE SPA

A rural Agriturismo, immersed in nature

The creative challenge of this project was to bring the Spa rituals to a rural setting, away from traffic and surrounded by forests, making it a destination that can be enjoyed for several days, de-seasoning tourism.

From the entrance you find the elements of nature: walls in natural stone sheets and warm boiseries

There is a double sauna proposal: Finnish salt and biosauna with the scents of the forest according to the rhythms of nature; contrasting with an abundant ice waterfall to tone the body. A large hydromassage pool relaxes guests with air and water jets.

The emotional journey awakens the senses at the passage: waterfalls, water blades, torrential and cool mist always integrated with special light effects and fragrances. Therelaxationareaofferscomfortablechaiselonguesandcutesuspendedeggswhereyoucantasteteas and juices.

For private contexts we have included the Spa Suite where the techniques of the main spa are repeated in a truly private environment.

PRIVATE SPA

The sauna revisited as a tribute not only to the typical tradition of Scandinavian countries, but this time dedicated to the great Finnish architects who laid the foundations of modern design. Rhythmicalternationofthicknesses,darkcolorsthathighlightthehuman figure, a background in delicate bricks selected in the lightest veins of the Himalayan mines.

Thus, in a reduced space, the elements of well-being become works of art and welcome owners at the end of the day. The deliberately white Turkish bath allows for the chromatic regulation of lights according to mood, and features a wide bench for skin care and body scrub rituals. A ceiling-mounted sensory shower completes the journey and rinses the guest before leaving.

SEA SPA

The aim of this Spa is to recreate a typical Sicilian leisure beach within the limited space available indoors for times when the weather is not good outside.

The warm atmosphere is lit with tones that can be varied from morning to night, the hot tub is inviting and the sauna has a hot salt bed as a floor that simulates sand and brings unexpected sensations. The massage cabins and the tea room complete the services for guests.

MOUNTAIN SPA

An iconic project, in which we were called by Studio Lissoni as a partner for the entire SPA area which we cooperated on from the planning stage through to completion. All technical and architectural challenges have been brilliantly overcome. Thanks to the creation of the wellness area, this property has become part of the LEADING HOTELS OF THE WORLD. This project led us to study pools, showers, paths, and hammams integrating them in the basement of the famous manor, with the surprise of the last pool that overlooks the valley and opens to the mountain air.

This couple’s city spa is a cozy and intimate corner within a location with a central European flavor. Regardless of the size of the spaces, we organize the proposal to achieve the wellness path that includes steam, heat and water. This city spa is designed to offer true and accessible luxury moments as part of a simple daily break.

A beautiful day spa on Lake Garda, ideal for passing tourists and the local clientele who quickly became attached. The ample spaces allowed for the installation of a very comprehensive wellness solution, characterized by a spa and beauty center.

CITY SPA

Aplacewithadualpurpose,representingthecompany’sspecialtechnicalworkonprecious stones, a world leader in its field and a place of relaxation for the staff at the end of the working day.

It is a wet path designed with curved and sinuous shapes to transport the mind to a place of comfort and relieve stress. The water flowing over the stones, charged with positive ions, energizes the environment and the air.

Steam has been featured in wellness rituals since ancient times thanks to its toning and relaxing effects. With Spa Elements the culture of steam is renewed, from ancient rituals to technological innovations, in a blend of ancient traditions and high technology at the service of wellness.

Our hammams are elegant customisable environments that can adapt to the atmosphere of your project thanks to the mosaics, lights and aromas available. The result is a multi-sensory environment that fights stress, improves circulation, eliminates toxins, brightens skin, renews cells and helps combat respiratory disorders: a place of well-being for the body and mind.

CITY SPA

SEA SPA

The renovation of commercial premises facing a private harbor has led to the creation of a wellness center with a yoga room where the qualities of the sea are the basis of the treatments offered. The sea enters with its colors and with the properties of salt.

The customer has access to the classic path, with a long promenade under the emotional showers, a mini pool with hydromassage jets and color variations, a salt scrub Turkish bath; the sauna is proposed with a floor of dissolved salt, with a playful and hygroscopic function: the feet are stimulated by the pressure of the grains and the circulation benefits greatly. Usedatamediumtemperature,itbecomesaplaceofrelaxationandtherapeutic heat for the little ones too. After the sauna, the contrast of ice increases the beneficial effect of this relaxing break.

The spa suite offers the possibility for couple treatments with the innovation of a foot bath with integrated hydromassage and chromotherapy.

SEA SPA

Located on the heights of Anacapri, inside a boutique hotel, we created this internationally-inspired project centered on the majesty of Roman baths, characterized by noble stone and the sphere shape, which is the focal point of the entire spa and is also reflected in the curves of the showers and sauna and steam bath.

Rich in symbols, the environment transcends chaos and brings actual brings real calm to the mind, freeing endorphins and reaching a high state of well-being.

For these characteristics, the spa has received important international recognition, of which we are proud.

A property that distinguishes itself for its high luxury in all its aspects, so the two spas, the master and the one for guests, reflect this luxurious setting.

The choice of materials was crucial and golden onyx was chosen which warms the atmosphere and prepares for relaxation. The hidden technologies offer the best results in terms of wellness: the contrast bath water kept at glacial temperatures just above zero, drawn from the fountain and enriched with oxygen to tone the body and fight free radicals.

The Finnish sauna brought to extreme temperatures typical of the northern latitudes. The Turkish bath, a true environment for deep skin care, is illuminated by a star chart and welcomes the guest for luxurious soapings and scrubs.
