This section exhbits my architectural findings over the years of my travels througout Europe. This area of my portfolio shows what I see, highlights the beauty in this world through my eyes. Locations visited and within this section include; Belgium, Florence and Sienna Italy, Ljubijana and Vienna.
I adore the simplicity, There’s beauty in it- Jamaica
My interest lies heavily within Jamaica and the cultures creative stance to use what is aroubd them to create some sort of experience and living from. Jamaica’s natural resources, tropical atmospheres allows architecture out of the ordinary to be developed without little to no questions, just simple admirations. This approach of ‘using what you have’ really causes me to strip back from the norm and admire and the mere basics and beauty of structure, creativity and architecture.
Architecture MArch (ARB/RIBA Part 2) 4th Year
In Jamaica Steel can be used for many things in realtion to Architecture, it can appear as a buildings structural element or it can appear in the form of roof sheeting or as a wall/gate element feature.
This project explores the different uses of steel n both Jamaica, my university technical project or creating a strucutral element to support the building of a catalan vault and in the visual and strucutal expression of my proposal in Tolworth’s Court Farm Fields.
