GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES The Y offers more than 60 group exercise classes every week including Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Classes, Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Studio Cycling, BodyPump and more! See our Group Exercise Schedule at ciymca.org/ventura or visit the Welcome Center for current offerings.

PERSONAL TRAINING Individuals interested in personal attention and extra motivation during each workout should consider a Personal Trainer. Personal Trainers will help you develop a workout that is geared towards your specific goals. Sessions can be scheduled at times convenient for the member.

YFIT APPOINTMENTS USING ACTIVELINXX ™ This computerized program is the ultimate marriage of technology and fitness. It allows our fitness staff to program an electronic personal trainer to assist you on how to properly use all of our equipment and to help you meet your specific goals and objectives. This technology is FREE to all facility members. Set up an appointment with our wellness trainer. Teen orientation is also available.

NUTRITION PROGRAM Nutrition sessions will help you design and implement new strategies. Discover how to prepare easy, delicious, and nutritious meals that please picky eaters and keep everyone healthy. Attend one or several sessions to change your lifelong eating habits.

CERTIFICATION CLASSES The Y offers CPR/AED and First Aid classes through the American Safety and Health Institute. These certifications are good for two years. YMCA Lifeguard and YMCA Swim Instructor certifications are also available.
