CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Programs

• More than 2 weeks prior to published session start date: 100% refunds or credits. • Less than 2 week prior to published session start date: no refunds • $5 fee for changes. • $15 Fee for any changes for Day Camps. • Deposits are non-refunable and not transferable

Leagues and Teams • 2 weeks prior to start date: full refund- uniform fee will be deducted, if applicable. • Less than 2 weeks to start date: No refund - uniform fee will be deducted, if applicable. • $5 fee for changes.

Member and Small Group Training Pass

30 days notice to cancel. If upgrading membership, the difference of the prorated amount must be paid at the time of change. If downgrading membership, the change will take effect the following month.

Child Care and Schools Out Care • 30 day written notice required to change/cancel. • $15 fee for changes. $15 no show fee.

The Y reserves the right to change or cancel any class. There are no makeup classes or credits given for individual classes missed. If a member’s full facility membership expires, is frozen or terminates during a class/program for which the member was previously registered, the participant will be charged the difference between the member and non-member price for the remaining dates. Refunds may be given for medical cancellations with a physician’s written excuse (refund is subject to cost of any direct expenses and child care is not included). Credits: If a credit exists on an account, members will be given a refund.
