Spotlight

My Name is Rosianne Bailey, I am the owner of Rose Garden food truck. Owning a restaurant has always been my dream and God has blessed me with a Restaurant on wheels, I started in the food truck business in August of 2021 during the pandemic, but Rose Garden was established back in 2009. I’ve always loved to cook; my passion is to feed people it gives me a thrill to know people love my cooking. I grew up in a Haitian household where food was our time to bound, my Mom had duties for each of her children, each one of us would be mashing up seasoning or cleaning the meat. I learned how to cook a little bit from my Mom before her passing back in 1993 but my sister Ella really taught me how to cook and care for what I’m cooking. I’m always calling her on the phone like “sis what’s next”? I hope one day soon I’ll have the opportunity to teach people how to really clean and season food to achieve that great tasting Caribbean comfort food. I really think it’s very helpful to support black owned businesses and to also try different cultural food. Come out and support me, while eating my amazing food!
You can find me on Instagram @rose_kitchen305 or @rosegarden.kitchen or Call:954-380-2584 For your cratering services
Thank You!

“I am the Mommy of three amazing young men. Being a boy Mom is an adventure, daily. The most rewarding part of my motherhood journey is teaching and molding my sons to be strong black men that will make MAGIC that positively impacts the lives of other black men, women, and kids. Happy Mother’s Day to ALL SHE-ros.”
