Sharing stories and acknowledging excellence is key to elevating the value and role of change management. With this in mind ChangeConnect will celebrate the best change management project in South Australia, in the inaugural ChangeConnect Award. All types of organisational change projects are encouraged to enter whether transformational or incremental - we are looking for projects that have responded directly to the context, showed creative and sound techniques, tackled challenges and influenced stakeholders. Winner The winner of the ChangeConnect Award 2015 will be awarded at the discretion of the ChangeConnect Award Judging Panel. Except for acknowledgement of receipt of entries, request for more information and award notification, no correspondence will be entered into. Decisions of the ChangeConnect Award Judging Panel will be final and binding.
Announcement of Winner The winner of the ChangeConnect Award will be announced at ChangeConnect Hub on 3 December 2015 and ChangeConnect website and social media. Submitting the application form accepts conditions and gives permission for publishing the name and/or photos of the winner.
Judging All nominations will be reviewed by the ChangeConnect Award Judging Panel who will decide on the most appropriate winner. Entry requirements (and other important information) The change project is the nominee, not the individual nominating. Of course, the change leader and team will be acknowledged for driving the change. The change project nominated has been implemented (or is at least three-quarters of the way through) with clear measurable outcomes and additional metrics submitted upon request. The change project was implemented no earlier than July 2013. The change project has occurred in South Australia. The change project is not confidential and can be shared to the ChangeConnect community via the award event, social media events, conferences or other activities and communications. Rest assured that we will connect with you before we publish/promote any details about the change project. External consultants can submit for projects they have implemented only if consent has been provided by the client. The nominee agrees and understands the decisions of the judging panel regarding any aspect of the program (including the winner) will be final and binding. The nominee consents to be contacted, to provide more information and references for the change (if required) The nominee confirms that the information submitted is true and correct. Nominations must be received by no later than 31 October 2015.
