Rev. Theodore Ley celebrates the 60th anniversary of his professed vows with the Society of Mary. He is also on his third ministry as senior chaplain of Chaminade College Preparatory School and community director of West Hills Marianists.

B.A. PHILOSOPHY ‘63 Fr. Raymond Malley is celebrating the 60th anniversary of his first professed vows with the Society of Mary. Fr. Malley also recently celebrated his 50th ordination anniversary.
Roy Randall “Randy” Haskin
B.A. CHEMISTRY ‘69
Randy Haskin is the CEO/President and lead scientist of NanoBiologics Research Corporation, which specializes in nutrient nanotechnology of hemp. His company is set to open for international business later this year and is currently working on hand sanitizer that is more effective against COVID-19 than what is being offered on the market. Haskin recently sent samples to Chaminade for staff/faculty to use as needed.

Lani Lam
B.B.A. MARKETING SCIENCE ‘78 Lani Lam and her husband, Leighton, celebrate 41 years as co-founders of Leighton Lam Designs, an Oahu-based jewelry-making company. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company is offering a free gift for every item purchased on their website which includes a Liv-n-Aloha “Sharing the Joy of Life” necklace.

Robert Vieira
MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ‘80 Robert Vieira recently won an award from the Aloha 'Aina Realtor Awards Program for his contributions to the real estate industry in Hawai'i. He was one of nine realtors to receive this award. Vieira is also a member of the development committee at Chaminade University.

MASTER OF EDUCATION IN SECONDARY EDUCATION ‘85 Candy Suiso celebrates almost 30 years as program director of Searider Productions, a multimedia program at Wai'anae High School. The program teaches students about video production and graphic design, and gives students the opportunity to work on media projects throughout the state.
Susan Seah
MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ‘88 Susan Seah recently started the Koa Club, a social club for women passionate about lifelong learning and improving their leadership and professional skills. She is also a founding partner of law firm CounselGS, also known as Gardiner Seah LLP, and serves as a board member and chair of the leadership team of the Seattle chapter of LWT, formerly known as Leading Women in Technology.
Anne Perreira-Eustaquio
B.B.A ACCOUNTING ‘89 MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ‘92 Anne Perreira-Eustaquio was recently appointed by Governor David Ige as the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations’ deputy director. She brings 30 years of experience in public service, serving previously as the unemployment insurance program administrator. Perreira-Eustaquio’s husband, Eustaquio ‘88, serves on the Board of Regents at Chaminade University.

Samuel Jones, Esq. B.G.S. PHILOSOPHY ‘90
Samuel Jones was recently included in The National Black Lawyers’ list of Top 100 Lawyers in Illinois, a membership that is limited to the top 100 lawyers in each state who have demonstrated excellence and achieved outstanding results in their careers. Jones is currently a professor and the associate dean at the University of Illinois at Chicago John Marshall Law School. He also currently serves on the Cook County Justice Advisory Board and as a Hearing Officer for the Cook County Officers Electoral Board for the 2020 General Primary Elections.
Col. Stephen Logan
B.G.S. CRIMINAL JUSTICE ‘90 Col. Stephen Logan was recently appointed by Governor David Ige as deputy adjutant general for the State of Hawaii Department of Defense. Col. Logan served in the Army National Guard and is a 22-year veteran of the Honolulu Police Department.
Judge David Tapp
M.S. CRIMINAL JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION ‘91 Judge David Tapp was recently confirmed as a judge for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims by the U.S. Senate. He will serve a 15-year term.
William Joseph Hill, Jr.
B.A. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ‘91 William Joseph Hill recently published his debut novel, Cyber Fighter, a comedic martial arts/sci-fi adventure, on Amazon. The book is based on a film screenplay written by Hill for his production company, Four Scorpio Productions, and is currently in development for a feature film.

Noriko Namiki is the CEO of the YWCA 'Oahu. YWCA 'Oahu celebrated 120 years and recently held its 2020 Leader Luncheon, where the honorees were recognized for their personal dedication to the advancement of women in the community.
Brook Lee
B.A. ENGLISH ‘96
Brook Lee is the host of Modern Wahine Hawaii, a TV show that covers topics for women by women. Lee won the Miss Universe com-petition in 1997, making her the only Native Hawaiian to gain the title. (photo credit: Kimo Lauer)
David Poirier
M.S. CRIMINAL JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION ‘99 David Poirier was recently appointed senior vice president of Figure Eight Federal, an artificial intelligence training data company part of Appen Limited. Poirier will lead the growth of partnerships with U.S. government agencies.

Matthew Morgan
B.A. COMMUNICATION ‘00 Matthew Morgan is in his second year as mayor of Longwood, Florida. Morgan was a pro wrestler and actor before his election as Mayor. He and his wife, Larissa ‘00, use his platform as Mayor to provide help to those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lesley-Anne Leon Guerrero
B.A. COMMUNICATION ‘02 Lesley-Anne Leon Guerrero was recently promoted to senior vice president and chief experience officer of the Bank of Guam. Leon Guerrero has been with the bank since 2011 and brings her experience with managing the Customer Experience area as vice president and customer experience director.
Roxanne Moore
MASTER OF EDUCATION IN SECONDARY EDUCATION ‘09 Roxanne Moore was recently granted a one-year fellowship to work with the Community for Advancing Discovery Research in Education (CADRE). CADRE works with researchers who are beginning their careers in S.T.E.M. education, helping them to expand their networks and gain insight into ways to find success in their fields. Moore hopes to build her skills in funding procurement and building inter-institutional research collaborations.
Mary Gillan
B.S CRIMINOLOGY AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE ‘13 Mary Gillan recently graduated from the Customs and Border Protection Border Patrol Academy and was appointed to the Guam International Airport Authority. She was previously a probation officer for the Superior Court of Guam.
Kaelani Demapan
A.A. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ‘15 B.S. PSYCHOLOGY ‘15 Kaelani Demapan was recently appointed to the Saipan Higher Education Financial Assistance Board, in which she will serve a two-year term. Demapan is also an early intervention counselor at Northern Marianas College, where she is implementing a new student-monitoring system and provides support and outreach for students.

B.S. ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE ‘19 Grant Dressler recently signed with the Franklin Bulls of the National Basketball League. He is the first foreign player for the South Auckland, New Zealand team.
Robert Rodrigues
MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ‘19 Robert Rodrigues was recently appointed to Chaminade University’s Development Committee. Rodrigues is a commercial banking officer at First Hawaiian Bank, with his primary focus being commercial financing for midsize companies. He also previously worked as a research and marketing specialist.
