This varied ‘Italian Job’ combines an explosive volcano walk, ancient history and culture, as well as coastal and island hikes. Ascend world famous Vesuvius for a stunning panoramic view over the Bay of Naples, and then travel by boat to Capri for an island walk and fantastic views back to Vesuvius. A visit to the ruins of Pompeii is a must before travelling to the striking Amalfi peninsula. Here, from the delightful town of Agerola, you’ll enjoy three days exploring the fascinating coastline with its rugged sea cliffs and picturesque villages, including a hike on the ‘Path of the Gods’ to the colourful town of Positano. Walking through fragrant landscapes where natural beauty has inspired many artists and poets is an experience to savour.
