Adult Programs CPR Training School – Basic Life Support

Instructors: Christine Neely and other American Heart Association Instructors Basic Life Support will train participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Includes certification cards and is valid for two years. Mom & Baby Fitness Instructor: Rachel Kline

Get ready for a great all over body workout! This class incorporates cardio, strength training for arms and legs and focused abdominal work. Baby is in a front carrier for the cardio and strength training portion of class. Your baby can be incorporated into the abdominal and floor exercises. Crawlers welcome, but babies must be supervised. No crawling over other babies in class! Class ends with a treat for baby: a gentle baby massage.
