GDA SIDI AMOR The GDA Sidi Amor is a foundation aims to protect the forest of Sidi Amor by building an eco-village around the forest area and fighting against deforestation. The site has significant natural potential. We are facing an essential forest in the urban center of Tunis.

The organization of GDA sidi Amor carried out several reforestation operations to preserve the natural landscape However, this wealth is confronted with several major problems. Namely the urban sprawl that must be controlled so as not to lose the balance of the forest and the stone pit which are being multiplied on the edges of the forest and weakening the soil.

Unfortunately at the end of the construction the team did not have time to execute the waterproofing.

Water is infiltrated in the adobes. This could potentially affects the resistance of the dome. That’s why we decided to demolish them and replace it with wooden roof.

HANDCRAFT VILLAGE OF SIDI AMOR

MASTER THESIS "HASSAN FATHY THE MAN AND HIS LEGACY Today, every architect is convinced of the urgent need for a sustainable development in his life as a citizen and in his professional practice . Originally, the concept of "sustainable development " should reconcile social development , economic development, and protection of natural resources and the environment.

Architects , for their comprehensive approach and their ability to integrate multiple parameters are obviously perfectly seasoned for these data to coexist in the field of the constraction.

For better understanding of the application of the concept of sustainable development in, this monograph presents an early pioneer of sustainable architecture , provides a comprehensive review of his concepts.

Hassan Fathy was celebrated worldwide . Convinced that he had offered to the Egyptian people for cheap and suited to the climate houses made with traditional technology of mud brick , he built several works that made the world looke away from extravagant architecture to a problem more importantly, the " architecture of the poor ."

This project is a direct application of the concepts required in the earlier study on the architect Hassan Fathy.

It is an artisan village that will be built with the principle of cooperation in the Gda Association .

The project is located on the east-west axis allowing to have traffic lanes north shaded. The village is composed of three major compartments: accommodation, education, and public areas.

This village will receive students from around the world and young people in the city of Ariana for training, residents trainers and any visitor wishing to participate in village activities.

The blocks are located around coutyard and connected by drilled overlooking the forest of Sidi Amor (last Forest Reserve in Grand Tunis) Construction will be withe earth merged with concrete structure. Several techniques of ventilation will be installed in buildings: the malquaf the moucharabieh ....

This project is the result of an in-depth study on the church of Saint Helena of Rhodes elaborated by the DSA major risks in cooperation with the DSA Patrimoine of NSAPB. The project is divided into two major phases.

The diagnosis and the sanitary condition with a big resarch of dating and documentation and an analysis of the pathologies.

Then a project proposal of rehabilitation and reinforcement while taking into account the seismic risk and behavior of the building.

The re-qualification of the streets of the city center, in addition to their mixed function makes it possible to reduce the damages of runoff. The installation of valleys and gullies allows the infiltration of part of the runoff water and the piping of the surplus to sewage ponds before being discharged into the river.

Located at the end of the D’EAU landscaped TRAITEMENT rétention into the triangle, the park bassin is integrated d’érurarion process of creating astation link by enhancing the landscape.

Including pedestians roads, retention ponds and a treatment plant, it offers both essential functions to the commune and a pedagogical path. It helps to raise public awareness while offering an attractive place for visitors.

Located at the confluence between the Bastan and the Gave de Pau, the park seemed to be the best place to host a new crossing. A footbridge created in the RIVIÈRES EXISTANTS continuity of the paths allows to reach the opposite bank, integrating the comune of Sassis in the development of the commune of Luz-Saint-Sauveur.

Mapping des village minapokhari et dadagau dans la region de dolakha au nepal

This work was elaborated by the DSA major risks and with the collaboration of the NGO Architecture and development and the local Nepalese NGO Jagaran.

During a week in the village of Minapokhari in Dolakha, we were able to carry out a survey of the situation and to diagnose the different entities that make up this village for the purpose of carrying out a mapping project which will allow us to subsequently Localized priorities and intervention strategies.

With a team work we were able to identify road water networks, different types of materials and construction costs. We also did an assesment of more than 40 houses with the aim of proposing retrofitting projects.

HOTEL ZERALDA ALGER

This project is part of a collaboration with the architecture office of Wassim BEN MAHMOUD. It is a town hall located in Algiers with a sea view on the north-west side.

The order was to expand the spa program in the basement with additional functions, add a bar on the ground floor, review the layout of restaurants and commission rooms as well as rooms and apartments and create a function on the terrace 15th floor. This allowed us to develop the implementation plans.

Agence StĂŠphanie Daniel specializes in Museographic lighting & lighting of live shows (theater, opera, dance). It combines technology, experience and creation, to produce studies that meet all the aesthetic, technical requirements and also the constraints of protection and conservation of the works.

I spent two years in this agency as project manager. During this period I acquired several knowledge in the field of scenography and performance. This experience allowed me to work in historical monuments and to be part of exceptional teams.

MUSEE RODIN

Known as Hotel Biron, the magnificent mansion dating from the eighteenth century has housed the Rodin Museum since its opening in 1919. It took more than three years of work to restore it and bring it up to safety and accessibility standards.

For this project we thought of an innovative lighting concept, installed for one of the very first times in Europe. The magic of the Hotel Biron is due to the abundant light penetrating through its wide bay windows (accentuated by the reflections of the mirrors) and this impregnable view on the garden, vast open-air museum, where the works of Rodin are revealed in Permanence by changing daylight.

The entire artificial light treatment project aims to preserve and ÂŤrespectÂť this natural contribution, to the maximum.
