About us

The Gleason-Halley Industrial Team has a geographical focus in the West Valley of Metro Phoenix and Pinal County. We actively work in the West Valley communities of West Phoenix, Goodyear, Avondale, Peoria, Glendale, Tolleson, Surprise and further west to Buckeye as well as Casa Grande, Eloy, Maricopa, Florence, Coolidge, and Marana. The fastest growing area in Metro Phoenix, the West Valley, is expected to have 40% of the population growth in the Metropolitan area in the next 10 years. We actively market Industrial and Investment properties throughout Metro Phoenix for lease or sale.

Our team consists of Bonnie Halley, Melissa Marks, Brian Gleason and Danny Schuster. Combined we have over 70 years’ experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate and have completed transactions in both Arizona and California as well as 24 states and 6 Canadian Provinces. We are active members of the Society of Industrial and Offi ce Realtors (SIOR) and CCIM Institute (CCIM), the two most prestigious commercial real estate organizations in the United States.

We handle any size transaction. We have closed deals as large as a million square foot warehouse sale in Utah to buying 57 acres in Arizona, and as small as a 1,000 square foot warehouse in Goodyear, Arizona. Through our national network of brokers, we can help manage your real estate transaction anywhere.

We market land for sale to developers and owner/users. We control over 4.5 million square feet of industrial listings in the West Valley and Pinal County. We are aggressively promoting industrial developments in the West Valley anticipating a significant increase in demand over the next five years.

Landlord and Seller Representation

Our team prides itself on being very proactive when representing Landlords and Sellers in the Phoenix Market. For Landlords we have a very precise and thorough process to show property, negotiate leases and close deals, and our track record speaks for itself. We have taken many projects with 40-50% vacancies and leased them up in a period of months. By using standard documents from brochures to leases, to purchase off ers we control the process.

Hatcher Industrial Park Glendale, AZ

The Gleason Halley team represented Ryan Companies US in the purchase of the land (57 AC) for the Hatcher Industrial Park. Our team also represented Ryan Companies in the sale of the Park (900,000 SF in 2 buildings) in July 2023.

Cactus 101 Industrial Park Peoria, AZ

The Gleason Halley team sold the land (15 AC) for Cactus 101 to Hopewell Development

Our team is also the exclusive leasing agent for Cactus 101. The project consists of approximately 233,000 SF in three buildings. We have leased 40% of the project prior to occupancy.

Cactus 101 Industrial Park Peoria, AZ

The Gleason Halley team represents Hopewell Development the owner of Cactus 101 a three building industrial park in Peoria, AZ. Our team completed leases for Clopay (29,936 SF) and LD Products (65,032 SF) in Buildings 1 & 2.

Southwest Crossing Industrial Park Eloy, AZ

Our Team is the exclusive leasing agent for this project in Pinal County. The site is 122 AC at the corner of Houser & Frontier Roads in Eloy. The property is close to I-10 and I-8. The developer, Ryan Companies, is planning to build 6 buildings totaling 1.9M SF of industrial space. Ryan is focusing on “build-to-suit” for sale projects.

FLITE Goodyear Goodyear, AZ

FLITE Goodyear is a 75 AC mixed use office/ industrial park with 25 buildings in Goodyear, AZ. It was previously the Lockheed Martin R&D campus. The Gleason Halley team has been the exclusive leasing agent for 9 years. We have leased over 500,000 sf of industrial space during that time including tenants like Gorbel Crane and IKON EV

Level Crossing, Phase III Surprise, AZ

Level Crossing 3 is owned and being developed by Hardy World Development along with their partner Silver Creek Development.

The Gleason Halley team have leased 100% of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Level Crossing for Hardy World. Level Crossing 3 is a 150,000 SF warehouse and manufacturing building due to break ground October 2023.
