The first quarter of our year was reasonably slow, projects we secured in 2022 were delayed this was mainly down to ever changing market conditions, both Materials and Labour had significant increases, hence due to volatile Construction costs some of our clients were reluctant to proceed.
Over the past few months Construction costs have on the most settled, we are now seeing a few delayed projects starting to gain momentum of which several will be starting in the next few months.
To summarise we are pleased to say that our Company are in final negotiations with a number of new and existing clients to secure work for 2024 & 2025, we are also looking at further opportunities in local government funded projects this will give our company better continuity through the Autumn and Winter periods.

In the medium to longer term, these Core Values will become second nature to us all and help standardise our thinking in these critical health, safety, and environmental areas.
More details on our new Core Values are available on our JDM application, RedSky and via our H&S QR code.
