After crafting the lapel pin for Remington’s 200th Anniversary, the renowned firearms company approached us for another large-scale commemorative project. Remington was preparing to unveil a customized version of their Model 700 rifle in collaboration with American Hunter magazine, an NRA publication. Recognizing the Model 700 as one of America's most coveted hunting rifles, American Hunter chose to team up with Remington to create a special custom edition for their audience. Remington enlisted C. Forbes Inc. to design a coin that would enhance promotion and be distributed alongside the custom firearm, at expos, and internally.

Hornady 75th
C. Forbes Inc. was tasked with designing a challenge coin and Christmas ornament to commemorate the 75th anniversary of everyone’s most dependable ammunition: Hornady. The 75th Anniversary pieces we created for Hornady are more than just a token of appreciation; they are symbols of the dedication and passion that have fueled the company’s success for three-quarters of a century.
Crafted with precision and attention to detail, these medallics encapsulate the essence of Hornady’s legacy, featuring iconic imagery and symbolism that pay homage to its rich history in the world of accurate and dependable ammunition.
Beretta M9 30th
Since 1985 the Beretta M9 has played a key role in military operations around the world and has become well-known to both service members and recreational shooters. In 2015, Beretta wished to commemorate the legacy of their M9 by designing 30th-anniversary coins along with collector’s edition display boxes. Alongside the M9 projects, we also designed and delivered custom coins for Beretta Defense Technologies, a strategic alliance of the Beretta companies - servicing Military and Law Enforcement worldwide.
A 30th Anniversary Commemorative Coin Included With a Short Run of Custom Walnut Display Boxes
This 5-piece custom presentation case was comprised of a solid American walnut display case with routed top plate and molded foam base, inset coin, and etched top glass, all packaged in a custom, 2-piece fiberboard gifting box with silver foil Beretta logo on top (see inside back cover).
This short run of highly attractive collectibles was also accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and the classic Beretta Model M9 pistol. Together with the team at Beretta USA, the execution of these limited edition cases was world-class. This is one of our most complex, yet rewarding collaborations to date.
Ruger / TALO Inc. Olympic
Together, TALO Distributors and C. Forbes, Inc. embarked on a fun and commemorative journey for the 2024 Summer Games in Paris, France. The special medallion design adorning the grip of the Ruger 10/22 USA Shooting 2024 Olympic Competition rifle is a testament to this shared commitment towards innovation and craftsmanship. Of the 2,024 rifles manufactured, each holds a 1 of 2024 special edition coin in the bottom of the rifle’s red, white, and blue pistol grip.

Christensen Arms, a USA manufacturer of lightweight hunting rifles, reached out to C. Forbes, Inc. for custom challenge coins to be designed and delivered to guests of their QUEST shooting school at the FTW Ranch in Real County, Texas. Coins were distributed to honorary guests and shooting event winners as a token of both appreciation and accomplishment. Additional coins were designed and delivered for online retail sales and promos.

SIG Sauer Custom
Sig Sauer has relied on C. Forbes Inc. to deliver custom coins to complement handgun sales.
