Staff Showcase

Timothy L. Raymond, Ed.S., is a veteran educator with more than 34 years of experience as both a teacher and administrator. A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, Tim has earned multiple master’s degrees, an Educational Specialist degree, and is preparing to defend his dissertation this fall.

Education runs deep in Tim’s family as well. His wife, Kris, is a retired educator, and together they enjoy the joy of family life with their two children and four grandchildren.

In his current role as Licensing Director for the CESA 7 Teacher Development Center (TDC), Tim oversees licensing programs for more than 100 initial and veteran teachers across Wisconsin. His leadership ensures that educators are not only equipped with the credentials they need but are also supported in developing into confident, highly skilled professionals.

Tim is quick to point out that the success of the TDC is made possible by the incredible instructional and leadership staff who work tirelessly alongside him. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence make a profound difference in the lives of teacher-scholars, shaping classrooms and communities across the state.
