TITLE III NETWORK MEETINGS All school districts need to have a Title III coordinator. The network meetings will ensure districts are aware of Title III compliance and best practices for English Learner students.

Learning Outcomes: ● ● ●

Participants will understand compliance requirements for Title III. Participants will engage in professional conversations around topics of: engagement, instruction, and assessment. UFLI REBOOT Refresh and Refine Your Reading Instruction 9:00am - 3:00pm | September 18th, 2026

Join us for a UFLI Reboot designed to help educators strengthen their implementation of the University of Florida Literacy Institute (UFLI) Foundations program. Whether you’re new to UFLI or have been using it for several years, this interactive session provides an opportunity to revisit key instructional routines, reﬁne better practices, and deepen your understanding of explicit literacy instruction. Learning Objectives: ●

Participants will review essential components of the UFLI lesson framework, explore strategies for increasing student engagement and mastery, and collaborate with other colleagues utilizing UFLI. Participants will have the opportunity for hands-on practice and leave with renewed confidence and practical tools to enhance instruction and accelerate student reading growth.

NEW ADMINISTRATOR TRAINING

This four day series is designed to introduce evaluators to the DPI model evaluation system and provide timely information for administrators in their ﬁrst year of evaluations. Learning Objective: Administrators will be able to effectively use the Danielson model of EE to guide teacher growth. ● Administrators will be able to structure the EE process in manageable and timely chunks. ●

CVYA COORDINATOR FALL MEETING September 24th, 2026 Join us for our upcoming Chippewa Valley Youth Apprenticeship (CVYA) Fall Meeting at CESA 10. This meeting is structured to oﬀer support for all CVYA District Coordinators. The morning session will be a full overview of the Department of Workforce Development (DWD)’s Youth Apprenticeship (YA) grant, as well as CVYA operations. The morning session is intended for new coordinators, but is open to everyone–and will be a good YA refresher! The afternoon session will include information on program operations, 2026-27 updates, Dashboard training, and more. Throughout the day, we will celebrate successes, plan for the future, and oﬀer time for networking and collaboration. Learning Outcome: Networking, supporting the CVYA program through capacity building.

ASSESSMENT PROJECT Two-Day Workshops Developing an Assessment Culture for Teachers and Students October 6th & 22nd, 2026 Build a shared vision for assessment that promotes continuous learning, student ownership, and collaborative instructional practices. Use data protocols to examine evidence of student learning, identify instructional next steps, and explore ways to involve students in understanding their own assessment data, setting goals, and reﬂecting on progress.

Classroom Summative Assessment and Data Analysis November 4th & 17th, 2026 Let’s get focused on eﬀective classroom summative assessments and data analysis practices. Discover innovative strategies to gather valuable insights about students’ learning and role in assessments. Learn how to unlock the power of data analysis to inform instructional decisions.

Formative Assessment Practices December 3rd & 16th, 2026 You will gain practical strategies for implementing formative assessment throughout the learning cycle. Learn how to use the data to adjust or diﬀerentiate instruction and target support. Participants will design formative assessments to be utilized in their classroom.

Performance Task Assessments January 13th & February 2nd, 2027 We will explore methods for designing performance tasks that authentically assess student skills and competencies. We will also learn about tools for evaluating these assessments, including rubrics and proﬁciency scales. Participants will design performance task assessments that they can implement in their classrooms immediately.

Assessing Learner Skills and Competencies February 24th & March 11th, 2027 Develop meaningful approaches for assessing both academic learning and transferable skills by distinguishing what students know from how they demonstrate learning. Explore strategies for gathering evidence of proﬁciency, communicating student progress with greater clarity, and ensuring assessment practices accurately reﬂect student learning.

Analyzing Assessment Data April 19th & 29th, 2027 This workshop is designed to support educators and administrators in analyzing interim, formative, summative, and Forward assessment data. The learning will synthesize the Strategic Assessment System and teach multi-level data analysis, foster an inquiry mindset, and guide data-driven action planning. Participants will explore eﬀective protocols for data analysis that inform instructional decisions and support school-wide improvement.

WiMLSS-Behavior Universal Booster This one-day training supports teams in reviewing and refining their Tier 1 (Universal) WiMLSS-Behavior (PBIS) system to better meet the needs of all students. Designed for buildings with prior training and some level of implementation. Completion or commitment to complete a WiMLSS Framework Training is required to participate in this offering.
