Behavior instruction and support is an area of education that is often addressed, but seldom talked about at a system or practice level. Behavior is also perceived as “getting worse” yet can be exacerbated by how adults respond to behaviors. This network is intended to help normalize conversations and evidence based supports from prevention to consistent responses, share the most recent research and resources, and provide those who routinely address or work with behavior a chance to share ideas and network with others in a similar role, while centering the student in how we operate.
