I have been a photography enthusiast since I was a young child. Receiving a vintage 1960’s instamatic from my mom gave me instant gratification in capturing something forever. I recently came across photographs of myself as a four-year-old flower girl; the only photos where I’m smiling are those where I have a camera in my hand. Later of course, I learned to manipulate that captured moment and make it more beautiful, completely surreal or just natural in the moment. It is forever. A loved one's smile. Forever.
