love story

The proposal happened when Michael and were vacationing with Michael’s family in Maui. Originally, Holly was put off because Michael’s family was being more quiet than usual. It ended up being because they were so nervous about blowing the surprise of the proposal! Michael requested to go for a walk to see the sunset, and they found themselves near a cliff overlooking the ocean. Michael dropped to one knee and proposed - leaving Holly completely stunned!

love note

The first and easiest wedding decision Holly and Michael made was picking their first dance song. Although non-traditional, they picked “Don’t Go Home Without Me” by LIGHTS, as a representation of their connection in taste of music. It was a talking point of the wedding, and friends and family continually asked about the song even after the wedding.
