FUTURE OF AGRIBUSINESS IN AGRICULTURE 4.0
The fourth agricultural revolution aims to achieve the growth of more food on less land and feed an increasing population through the application of AI and IoT technologies. This new agricultural revolution is centered on data-driven insights and digital tools that will help optimize crop production, reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and promote sustainability in agriculture. The widespread adoption of digital agriculture is expected to take place in India through the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode, whereby the government and private sector will collaborate to provide necessary resources and infrastructure. By leveraging digital technology, the agriculture sector can overcome the challenges of climate change, water scarcity, and resource constraints to enhance productivity and increase food security.
Centre for Agri-Management is a highly reputed MBA institute that focuses on providing students with practical learning experiences. We at CAM, offer a range of programs, such as the Living Lab, to inculcate students with an appreciation for farmwork and nature The Twomonths Summer Internship programme connects students with corporate, providing a hands-on experience in real world scenarios.
The institute's faculty members are highly qualified and experienced professionals from various sectors, including agribusiness, who use a range of teaching methodologies, such as case studies, simulations, and fieldwork, to engage students and encourage critical thinking.

Students usually get a chance to work in teams wherein they learn to work and adapt with diverse workforce while working on specified assignments Moreover, various managerial and negotiation skills get fostered in the students During the semesters, students also undertake project(s) through different student club.

Lectures supplemented by case studies are carried out in all the courses which enhance students' analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. This facilitates experiential learning among the students, as they face real time business issues, apply their classroom knowledge and strengthen their business acumen.
All the students have the opportunity to enroll for 12 months in the living lab (in campus) for experiential learning process, as a part of their academic curriculum These activities strengthen their learning outcomes at CAM

At Centre for Agri-Management, continuous evaluation of students is carried out through a variety of evaluation procedures like regular assignments, case study assessments, projects quizzes, group semester examinations to assess the overall performance of students.


An Agripreneur Club most commonly (but not exclusively) consists of students who meet to discuss entrepreneurship topics Topics related to entrepreneurship in the agriculture sector, including market analysis, financial planning, risk management, business strategy, innovation, and emerging trends in the industry are discussed. Through this club, students learn, collaborate, and develop their entrepreneurial skills in the context of the agriculture sector


The CAM works towards making the campus an eco-friendly place. The Nature Lovers Club aims at inculcating an appreciation for nature and its bio-diversity among students and encouraging them to participate in a variety of environmental conservation and preservation initiatives, such as organizing nature walks, tree plantation drives, and awareness campaigns about sustainability and climate change

The Club organizes and supports programs/practices that deal with developing good soft skills essential for the student's professional growth It works towards enhancing the confidence and self-esteem of individuals through various sensitisation and mock-ups for debates, group discussion and stress interviews.


The club organizes varied events like Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Creative Writing, Debate, Industrial PPT, and Aptitude/Guesstimates/Puzzles for the students
It Organizes Pre-Placement Talks for developing awareness regarding the recruitment process and preparation source/strategy
The club also conducts workshops on CV Writing, Group Discussion, Personal Interviews, Stress Management, and Time Management to enhance the efficiency of the students
The club inculcates strong culutral values amongst students and creates a sense of harmony. Sanskritika is responsible for conducting of various occasions and celebrations in the college

Placecom focuses on being the bridge between recruiters and students Talented committee members are responsible for maintaining student database, conducting pre-placement training sessions and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate delegates

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Science/Management (BBA/BBM/BABM) /BE/B.Tech/ B Sc(Agriculture) & allied areas with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Students having a background in Agriculture and allied areas are given preference
Selection Process:
Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their entrance score followed by their performance in the Personal Interview. The final selection is based on entrance scores, career marks and performance in Personal Interview
