January & February Program Activities with Homestay Families Due to pandemic large group gathering restrictions, we have had to be creative with activities during the pandemic. This has not stopped our families and students from finding fun activities to do. Students have enjoyed virtual sports, pottery painting, games nights, hikes & walks, and many winter outdoors adventures.

International Education Newsletter February 2021 International students share their culinary skills with their host families

Harmony Day – February 17, 2021 Harmony Day recognizes that the citizens and guests of the Central Okanagan bring unique gifts to this community through their diversity; and provides an annual opportunity for the Central Okanagan Public Schools community to celebrate diversity while committing to mutual respect.

Harmony Day creates sensitivity to and respect for differences and allows the Central Okanagan Public Schools to focus on the mission of educating students in a safe, inspirational learning environment.
